My s9 plus works fine until now . Don't forget guys that Samsung's operating system has more features than iOS and it makes sense to be a little less smooth. Don't forget guys that many features of Samsung and Android Apple put it after years, like widget's and more
OS is different. Some apps work good with android or ios which means each app is same but built-in different structure.

fair comparison only possible when both devices install only apps not extra material stores like images and other staff. Asphalt9 I have used in my iPhone 8+ without any issue and open this game quickly. Scrolling speed based on Refresh rate if your device refresh rate is high then scroll work buttery smooth. Now in these days 100+ refreshing rate devices available in the market.

Well Samsung is one of the best choice for android phone. Even snapdragon 845 in samsung work flawlessly but other phone like poco f1 perform like bullshit even with SD 845.
Ios slower than samsung to open app. But when you try to do something in app. everything change. Android device does so much unnecesary things in background. If you want to notice you can try at google maps. Google maps much multitasking app and you can see the differance. Ios smoth but android device make you crazy on the road.

Both opened 11 apps faster than the other including boot and web page. For RAM s9+ refreshed 3 apps more than the 8+ but s9+ managed to open asphalt so I forgive the galaxy but 8+ had better RAM performance

@@mxxx7151 men el 8+ prende más rápido por que el sistema que tiene es MUCHO mas ligero al que tiene el sistema de del s9+, que tanto? Pues simple, el iPhone salió con iOS 11 que tiene un peso aproximado de 3-5 GB y iOS 15 tiene un peso de entre 5 -7 GB, el s9+ salió con android 8.0 oreo el cual peso 8GB de espacio y 1GB de RAM y android 10 pesa 20 GB de espacio y 1,5 GB de ram, ves la diferencia? Y si al iPhone 8+ le pusiéramos un sistema operativo igual de pesado NO lo aguantaría y se pondría demasiado lento, y esa es la razón por la que tarda un poco mas en prender el Samsung, por el masivo peso de android y si, ya se que el iPhone solo tiene 3 de RAM pero aunque tuviera 6 uh 8 GB sería igual de lento, no por que un Celular tenga mas RAM significa que va ah ser mas potente, para saber que tan potente es un celular tienes que ver su procesador y características
