Short text - no criminal on the run would babble around as much as in the other versions - wonderfully authentically performed by Otis, and the musicians let you experience the feelings and emotions of the partner murderer through their instruments. I love it! And I am not easy to please on that song. I saw Jimi play it live with only a drummer and a bass player. I love your addition of the violin. And honestly, I didn't miss the line about killing his old lady. That was a disturbing line to accompany great music. Excellent!

Proof: then kid, he sleeps with his broom that he hugs against his chest. He did not experience true love from his father and mother. I keep returning to this video when I feel like listening to some great instrumentals and lyric. This is one of my favorite Otis Taylor songs and I am in love with Anne Harris' skill, passion, and energy... she is amazing! Bravo to the entire group... this is an awesome band group of performers.
