I'm 29 and I've lump on my right nipple. And it discharges slightly I do feel pain. I had cancer before in my stomach and I recovered from it a couple of years back. The lump I've is like a pox or kinda pimple but it discharges slightly and quite painful

It probably is a hormonal (puberty) thingy yeah but, you may want to have it checked out to be safe-better safe than sorry for sure! That being said, right about that age or maybe 14 I got the same kind of thing on both sides-was like a lump Under the nipples. It was painful if I bumped into something or pressed on them. It lasted for about 6 months or so (maybe a little longer) but eventually went away. I'm 44 now and never had another issue.
Hope this eases your mind a bit but again, can't hurt to get checked out just in case.

Please go get yourself checked up on immediately. Not to try worry you but the longer you leave it the worse it will get. Ideally you should get a check up with your doctor whenever you find a potential symptom, even if you think it’s not likely

This video was helpful. I'm a man, and am imminently due to go to the breast clinic for scans/and possible biopsy. I noticed a lump under my right nippled, due to very, very mild pain/almost discomfort rather than pain. It is directly under the nipple and around it, and is about the size of a squashed M&M or medium sized bean. Over the last three weeks it has become bigger, though not by a huge amount. I had differential blood tests to see whether there was another cause, such as Gynecomastia (not sure of spelling), but apart from lower than normal testosterone readings, these tests were normal. In the UK less than 350 men a year are diagnosed with breast cancer, vs 55 thousand for women, so it is extremely rare, and many of those tend to be over sixty (I'm in my mid forties).

Yea what did u find out? I literally have the exact symptoms you have, as mine is getting bigger. I’m 21 tho. I’ve had a ton of x-rays, a few cat scans, and 2 mris when I was younger because I had spontaneous pneumothorax in both lungs that had to be surgically removed. I’m wondering if radiation can make breast cancer more susceptible. But I’m also pretty young. Not sure what it could be?
@@hanslanda8303 usually this is gynecomastia and caused by a hormone imbalance. It is usually temporary, but you could either have more or less testosterone. I had one when i was 15 or so in both and i recently developed a small one under my right nipple. They usually go away, but have you noticed whether it is harder to get an erection or ypur sex drive is less than usuall, because this can be a decrease in testoterone levels.

I have exact same symptoms. However, I take methadone for 10yrs now and it decreases testosterone levels. I'm sure this has to do with the increased estrogen.

7 years ago i nearly overdosed on cocaine. after surviving, the following months, i had to go through constant pain all over my left side of my chest and rapid heartbeat. the only thing that would help ease the pain was pinching or massaging the pain away, which ended up becoming a nasty habit for a few years. after a few months once the pain had subsided i began to notice my left breast feeling... stiffer? and just recently after so many years i definitely noticed that my left breast had become slightly bigger than my right. and it still feels stiff too, like i cant pinch my left breast as easily as my right... and now after looking into the symptoms for male breat cancer, i think i might go get myself checked...

My BC (Oestrogen Positive) started with a discharge followed by a lump. Luckily I was aware men can develop BC. Many men aren't or they ignore it because it's a ''woman's disease''. The irony is that they'll drag their partner off to the Dr's but ignore the exact same symptoms in themselves.

I agree with the doctor in the video but there is another medical condition that presents itself as breast cancer but is benign (non-cancerous). A Lipoma, a collection of solidified fat. So, men commenting on this video, before you write this off AS male breast cancer; remember there is a possibility of it being a harmless ball of solid fat. Yes, you should still be checked, but don't worry so much.
I have a lump near my left nipple but it hasn't changed much and only hurts when pressed on. Going to my oncologist soon and will get further diagnosis soon.
