Hi Emmie! Love your channel! Would I be able to get enough b12 if I had some nutritional yeast? I’m so non complaint when it comes to taking pills so to have to take one everyday is very daunting for me…. Pls share your opinion. Thank you soooo much!!
Thank you so much! I can’t find any peer reviewed studies on this. If you can let me know!! But if so, you’d have to be just as compliant with the nooch as with the supplement anyway

Emmie, why do you prioritize abs over weights or resistance training? And maybe I misunderstood and you do weight training in addition to running and abs. I just really like abs and running, and dislike weights, but feel like I NEED to do weights for my bones/body. Is resistance/weight training not as important as everyone says?

What will you eat at your brothers wedding?
They had tons of healthy options for us!! The bride is vegan.

what if your hunger cues are really far apart? Sometimes I worry because I don't get the cue, but maybe I don't understand the cues,hmmmmmmm
Everyone is unique, but are you experiencing any negative side effects of eating at far apart times?
For some people, that works just fine for them.
For others, if they're struggling with health issues, then regulating meal time can be helpful.
I wish I could help you more, but from not knowing everything about you I can only do so much. ❤️
@@HealthyEmmie I understand. I am coming off of Keto, which I lost 15 pounds, but I do not like keto very much. I enjoy fruit and healthy carbs. I often get to the point that I am very rarely hungry on Keto. I am transitioning into vegetarian and I love your videos for the starch solution. Thank you so much for responding.
