I love the idea of giving players an idea on how to play the precons more optimal - it is a nice step up for players starting out in commander that doesn't require any additional mana. Precons aren't just bad decks, especially the latest incarnations we got, some of them look like really solid constructions, even on a lower power scale.
The goal is to let players appreciate the product without feeling the need to change the precon. We see a lot of content on how to make a precon better, but we don't really see content on how to play them better. I've been having a lot of success with even the oldest precons at my LGS, and there's a lot of satisfaction in learning a list like that inside out.
I just got this pre con as a gift yesterday for my first MTG deck. I've played other card games so I caught on to generating the blood tokens but couldn't understand the synergy to generate them. This helped so much! Thanks for the video!
These types of videos are awesome! I know I can upgrade a precon, but knowing how to play it out of the box is just as important. Thank you for the guide
I know this a WHOLE YEAR AGO. I have been playing cEDH and High power games for about 7months now. Can you pick these up again? Precon play strat. Simply watching this video kinda unlocked a door more closely related to "politics" and "seeing your window".
Hello, tanks for your video. I can sacrifice 4 blood token in one attack to put 2 vampire on the battlefield or I can only sacrifice 2 blood token per turn with Strefan ?
When the ability triggers it asks for two. You may then choose to pay the cost by sacrificing the tokens to put one vampire down. You CAN’T choose to sac any additional to get more. Hope that clears it up!
I'm sorry this is late but I'm curious When you attack with Strefan, is the vampire you cheat out with Strefan declared an attacker or can Strefan's effect happen after attackers are declared?
The creature enters already attacking, meaning it avoids effects that trigger or apply when attacking (Ghostly Prison for example, or "When this creature attacks")

Been searching for guides like this. Understanding how the pre con is supposed to run is so helpful as a new player
I’m glad it was helpful! I made it specifically for new players to understand how to play what they bought without upgrading it
This is way better than the multitude of upgrade "guides" you get from other channels! Keep up the great work rebell!
Thanks!
Just got my Vampiric Bloodlines today with my MTG group getting together in 2 days... Can't wait!!! My first Commander deck
I won my first game yesterday and this guide was a huge help. Thank you!!

Thanks, this is great content! I haven't seen any video giving tips on how to actually play the deck besides yours. :)
Thank you! I’ll try to make more of these
Whoa, I did not consider the fact that madness with bloodtokens can potentially give your creatures in hand flash, thanks!
i'm a big fan of your cedh content but i would really love more videos like this :') precons can be fun af.
Legit. I love the new pre con decks. New sub 😋
Welcome!
I'm excited to see the spirit deck 🥲
I just practiced some Milicent today at my LGS. That deck I couldn't figure out immediately so I had to play it a few times.
Where is the video?:(

Thank you very much for your answer 😄
With the amount of precons being produced these days, I think there will be plenty of opportunities to play some precon vs. precon games.
Bark bark
