I work for VWFS and the amount of complaints from retailer we have about this guy is 0 - I love watching this because when the retailer call us to alert other retailers we just say we can’t advise retailers as these are civil disputes between DJ and the dealership, only DJ can complain to us about his experience inside dealerships - if DJ reads this I’d love a response I’ve watched all of these and called up the dealerships myself about all these, this is great work even when it’s bad, I work from home and speak to loads of retailers

I don’t think you do - and yea we does retailer complaints for potential buyers if they’ve had a bad experience in the dealership, I’ve given out goodwill gestures just to resolve it, don’t go on the internet pretending to know about a company that you don’t, you look embarrassing

Top guy , no pressure, I have Mazda mx30 full electric which I love , to upgrade to a buzz van omg it's nearly double the price of a new mazda car ,in box me a lease deal , you never know 😊. We usually see Jane at Barnsley if we have a vw , do people relize a new vehicle will loose about 50% of its value , if you lease one it works out much difference, plus a lot of the buy deals you still have to put a good chunk of money to a car out right , ,,,,,,,, only thing that puts me off buying electric ,would you buy a 3 year old vehicle if in another 4 years you may need a battery at £7000 It would not make sense Another great video 😊
JCT600 have many excellent franchises. They do a lot of work to be a great place for customers and employees alike. As for James he is absolutely SUPERB. Great personality. The point that he makes on looking after every customer even if making a £5 parts purchase is brilliant. If you could mark 20 out of 10 James would get this score. Comes across brilliantly on camera. Wakey people salt of the earth. You can tell from my name I’m biased! The ID van is very nice. I have a Tesla with white seats- 2 years old and the seats look like new. A Tesla Model 3 Long range will get 350 summer, 320 winter, standard range 230 winter, 280 summer but smaller than these.
Excellent salesman, really friendly. Just a shame that part of his job is trying to palm off EVs to unsuspecting customers without talking about devaluation and real range figures. Not his fault it’s just part of his job at the minute 👍
I think the reason people wig out so much is because they are worried about professional repurcussions,. Either their managers saying "why didn't you challenge him for filming" or "why weren't you more prepared for handling a potential customer"? Yes, we should all be able to do our jobs well, but these people aren't in public office. They are not exactly requiring of being held to particularly high standards. Whilst I like most auditing channels, I worry that you catch decent working people off guard, and you capitalise on them either caving in to show you around, or they flip because they worry about those repurcussions I spoke about. You going into these places with a load of cameras, expecting to be shown around and given a VIP tour, is surely just feeding an egotistical entitlement within you. And when they don't indulge you, you give them bad publicity with a red cross on your videos...
@@Ben36363it’s because the only people that will buy them at the moment is company directors so being a EV and commercial there’s bugger all tax to pay. Once they have finished with them any they go into the secondhand market they will with be worth peanuts.

@13.39 I work for VW. Some of the Golf’s come from factory with nexen tyres on. Mainly continental and Bridgestone. But I have seen nexen also
