    Any where in the world if you popular cities there is around 5 to 10km Golden area...thart area is financial district for hyderabad...people who think it will stop are only dreaming...don't dream know the facts...today Google have started to built largest office outside usa in hyderabad showed in this video...it never stops...

    So there won't be bus bay/depot infront of waverock.
    And SAS crown is also the project with 58 floors as the tallest in south India. So there 2 projects with 58th floors. SAS already got the RERA Approval

    Excellent job Karan, quite detailed information. Can you also highlight about more on neo polis and kollur areas projects as well? I heard there is 650 acre SEZ is being worked near Kollur, but not sure if the govt holds that much land bank near that area. But truly appreciate your work. Thank you.

    I don't think IT companies may not look for huge work spaces as most IT companies are planning to move towards 2 tier cities like coimbatore, Mysore, bhubaneshwar etc.. as WFH enabled WF anywhere .

      Very soon every company will be opened bro..so many people who are working inderectly for the company are not getting employment...facing financial problems...only IT worker is living happily what about others so keeping in this mind companies will be opened very soon after corona is cleared

      Nowadays even 5+ years experience IT people are earning 20-25 lakhs. If both husband and wife earn, they will easily earn 50L per year. This make up majority of workforce in IT industry. With 10 years experience, easily couple can earn close to 1 crore per annum if they work in good MNC.

      GO111 is a national mandate after an extensive survey of all the states over 5-8years. It can't be removed by KCR. Its his vote drama.

      This city has always been lacking in public transport. TSRTS/MMTS/Metro are in a disarray right now, with no interest to strengthen them in the forseeable future. It will be a disaster in the coming years.

    Karan garu need your suggestion andi myself Raghava Reddy we have 2 acres of land in kollur within Growth Corridor(border) near my home ankura and my home tridasa, do we need to sell this land or keep it as is for next 5 years....also if 111 GO lifted will there be any impact on land prices in kollur Growth Corridor.....appreciate your suggestions........

      Hi Raghav - My 2 cents: I think taking a middle path might help. If you are in need of money , May be you can sell just one acre if you get your price and hold onto the other one acre .
      if you didn’t have any need for money - as it’s near ORR . It will always have demand but May come at a slow pace once the 111 GO is lifted
