    Hi Naveen garu what will happen if GO111 lifted? Will the prices go down? I heard that once the GO111 lifted the market will move in the direction of Shamshabad because airport is far away to West i. e Patancheru. My confusion is in which side market will move either
    west or South? Please provide your comments?

    Kollur exit no. 2 towards Kondakal is Radial road no. 7 extension..! It's not radial road no. 30.

      తెలంగాణా లో గట్టిగా చూస్తే ఏడెనిమిది పట్టణాలు లేవు. హైదరాబాద్ తప్పిస్తే. ఆంధ్రలో పెద్ద పట్టణాలు కనీసం ఇరవై ఉన్నాయి . రాజధానికి కొత్త నగరం అనే కాన్సెప్ట్ ఫూలిష్ నెస్ . ఉన్న వాటిలో ఆఫీసులు పెట్టడానికి స్థలం లేనట్లు .

      @@m.r.prasad Who said that lakhs of crores of rupees are required for it. It is self investment project. Already 9000 crores was spent. If 5000 more crore is spent, it automatically comes for use. Then slowly it improves on its own. Do you know how much money is borrowed in three years? Literally two lakh crores literally. Who ate this? Is any state in this country adjusting itself with the existing cities? You are another shore. You can say anything. See here all educated are migrating. All we discuss is related to politics. You and I just pay taxes. The administration is done by whom? Ultimately........ so called

      There is only one HMDA layout in Kollur where sale price around 55-60k per yard .
