- Unbelievable place very close to Chennai, in fact so close to my home.. Just 10kms from my home in Guduvancheri. You can visit this next weekend and enjoy an amazing picnic with a beautiful view.. You can swim in the pristine waters too.
DISCLAIMER: Swimming in quarries is very risky and not advisable for anyone who is not a professional swimmer. Quarries can be very deep. Deaths happen very often in quarries due to various reasons even to expert swimmers. Do not get into the water without professional supervision. I am not responsible for any risks you take.

Not Advisable to venture into unknown water, that too in quary. We don't even know what kind of water is that. What if it has not friendly metal or chemical content. May be negative comment but just wanted to tell.
