    hey doc...great stuff..that "eagle claw" is wow. Quick question on different area...for glute work...I know you like resistance bands but what's you take on ankle weights? Yes, no? I'm asking b/c I'm stuck in the barbell weightlifter mentality & think moving something heavy is good. Greatly appreciate your time!

      I do like ankle weights too! The key is to use what you like and work until around fatigue. That can be done in many different ways:)
