The #1 thing I did that worked amazingly to get me out of email mistakes is setting a 1 minute delay timer (you can do this quite easily in outlook) to every email you send. So many times I was in a rush to send an email or I thought '' if only I could add that thing to the email I just sent''.. really a lifesaver!

This is invaluable. Could you help walk through those actions in Outlook rather than Gmail? I am not sure how many large Financial Institutions use Gmail instead of Outlook. Gmail thrives a lot more in personal settings > professional
