    My clients do not respond to questions, meaning that they might answer one of 3-5 questions. As an engineering firm we do need data and answers to complete projects, and without data we have to then have a phone call or zoom, and that slows down progress. How can we increase our effectiveness?

      Make it well known that all information is needed.
      “Please provide an answer for *all* questions. Failure to do so will cause a delay.” Or something along those lines.
      Or maybe, send outside reps to explain company products, help with the ordering process, placing orders themselves, etc.
      I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years in (distribution, manufacturing, P&C insurance), and majored in English (lol).
