The Quick Access Toolbar on Excel allows you to find your most common excel features more easily than with regular shortcuts. For example, instead of using Alt + H + O + I to autofit column widths, using the QAT you can do the same action in just 2 keystrokes instead of 4 (alt + 1 for instance).
This video guides you shows you why the quick access toolbar is more efficient than regular shortcuts, how to customize it to have your most common features, and how to use it by formatting a Apple raw dataset into a presentable document to send to executives.
The Quick Access Toolbar is also applicable to Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
