I can’t shake the chills. I’ve had goosebumps for like an hour straight now listening to you guys. As a Christian, a metal head, and musician…well, this is music to my ears but also to my soul and spirit. I’ve been wrestling and struggling and fighting trying to reconcile the music I got into whilst being an immature, backslidden, pseudo-Christian with my growing walk with Christ Jesus. I was born into a Christian family, went to church, Christian school from K-12th grade. I never really had a radical life-changing moment. I thought I was somehow “grandfathered in”. I thought I knew what being a Christian was. I started playing guitar at 13-14ish and that led me down a road to music that is anything but honoring to God. I’m now 40 and have really been feeling convicted by the Holy Spirit and oppressed by the enemy because I love music, but so much of it is pretty clearly demonic in nature. There are songs and lyrics burned in my mind that I’ll never be rid of. I start hearing them in my head when I’m praying I get so distracted that I stop praying. Then the music goes away. When trying to grow close to the Lamb of God, but then you start hearing lamb of god in your head it’s nothing short of demonic oppression. I’ve asked God to make it stop, but there’s also a part of me that doesn’t want to let go. So I’ve asked God to show me how to hate it, but it’s such a struggle and I very often feel defeated. I came across HolyName this morning and it is so awesomely beautiful and encouraging. We definitely do not wrestle against flesh and blood. Thank you guys for your music and your message!!! Sorry for writing a book. Greetings! I just recently found this song and i am half your age at 20 and this song gave me major goosebumps. This world can be a pit full of darkness and evil yet god shows us bright lights like this through the holy spirit. Ive struggled with certain music for awhile and this song helps me majorly. Just exactly what we need during the darkest days of our lives. I pulled the trigger right on my temple but it didn't go off. I know I'm redeemed by the blood of Jesus and from that day on I commit myself to knowing and loving Him more while doing my best to be there for my wife and 3 kids, now turning 4. Nothing is impossible, He loves us in an immeasurable way even when we turn our back on Him. 🙏

I had been using it for over 10 years. And the only thing that I could do is cry out to the Lord Jesus Christ Almighty for help. And he answered me the very next day I got arrested for fist fighting an off duty cop. And when I get to the jail they did a pregnancy test & it was positive. So not only did Jesus save me but he saved my unborn son too. My life is his bcuz he he saved me & my son. He thought that I was worthy of dying for even though he knew that I would do heroin & live for myself. And he forgives my sins how can anyone willingly walk away from that? I know that the Lord Jesus Christ Almighty is coming soon I live in Jersey & we had a 4.8 earthquake today! The last time we had an earthquake was in 2011 when my husband & I moved into the apartment that we're in right now. I pray that everyone who doesn't know Jesus will come to repentance & give their lives to him before it's too late. My husband is one who doesn't believe & I hate that he doesn't believe. The Lord blessed him so much but still he chooses to not love him. I got saved after we got married. I've had ppl telling me to leave him but I know that Jesus wouldn't want me to do that. The music coming from this band is tearing my heart and calling me to be with Him and worship at the same time. I came to Christ in 2009 and I've strayed as sin makes us and in the garden is where I always envision where He wants us to meet Him as our gentle Sheppard. I also think of His awesome presence as described in Daniel and by John in the book of Revelation. The most powerful being with the most powerful and unconditional love for His creation. Just Him and us, nothing else. The Lion and the Lamb! Praise God almighty!!

The Lord blessed him so much but still he chooses to not love him. I got saved after we got married. I've had ppl telling me to leave him but I know that Jesus wouldn't want me to do that. The music coming from this band is tearing my heart and calling me to be with Him and worship at the same time. I came to Christ in 2009 and I've strayed as sin makes us and in the garden is where I always envision where He wants us to meet Him as our gentle Sheppard. I also think of His awesome presence as described in Daniel and by John in the book of Revelation. The most powerful being with the most powerful and unconditional love for His creation. Just Him and us, nothing else.
