Praise God !! I am a prodigal son, I was saved at 17 and was completely transformed almost immediately after encountering Jesus Christ. As the years went by, I gave in to the culture I was surrounded by and eventually backslid. I began to drink heavily to quiet the guilt and shame I felt in my sin. The enemy had such a stronghold on me I thought I was a reprobate and lost forever. I lived in such fear that I was beyond saving that I stopped even trying to live right. I still talked to God in my "own " way, I still believed in Christ and even loved Him but I knew I was lost. Recently I lost my infant son Caleb a year and a half ago and it just about killed me. Honestly it hurt more than I can ever relay in words. By God's Grace, Caleb was born a twin along with his older brother Jacob, who spent 3 months in the NICU and is now 18 months old. Praise God !! I am so humbled, thankful and grateful, yet also broken and desperate for God . . By His Grace and Mercy, He is showing Himself so strong on my behalf, protecting me and my family, giving me a reason to live. I Thank You Jesus for just letting me feel your presence again !! I have been through hell; I've almost died so many times I cant even count them all anymore. Despite my rebellion and selfishness, God has been gracious to me. I don't deserve it, yet He is Faithful to His promise that I received at 17. it's been over 20 years that I have lived backslidden, and He is treating me with such Grace, opening doors, providing, and most of all Just changing my heart again !! There is NONE LIKE OUR GOD !! I felt led to share this, because I know there are so many people that want to come back to The Lord, but don't know how. Just surrender ! He's standing with open arms, waiting for those who know His voice to turn back to Him. It took a heart wrenching tragedy for me to finally turn around, don't let it get to that point brothers and sisters. God loves you, His Grace is infinite. In 2017 15 years into opioid addiction (Heroin,Fetynal) I cried out for Christ. My prayer was, "God IF your real you must take this from me and completely change my heart" It wasn't immediate but its was a miracle and today I'm here to bodly say I have 2 years off any narcotics, and 4 months off any medications I began taking throughout my addiction! The power of the creator and his son who died for OUR sins is real! Ask and believe in faith you will receive it! SO glad I stumbled on HOLY NAME!
So weird how so many are on the same path and timeline. Over 20 yrs on heroin, 4 months off of it and benzos, antidepressants and antipsychotics. We've been through it all. Glad I found these guys too. Makes me want to pick up a guitar again!

@@notsop1 yeah I agree with Jessica. I stopped listening to it because it was tempting me to be angry and aggressive, which isn’t the way I want to be. Some music can make me want to feel depressed or negative. I think it’s important for us to monitor how music makes us feel and make sure we aren’t sabotaging ourselves in a way.
@@Rev3_11 For me personally, I find that not all metal gets me angry, and in the Bible it talks about how anger is not sinful if it is righteous anger. A lot of Christian bands, Impending Doom for example, have an angry sound, but they speak about forgiveness and other good stuff. I agree that you definitely shouldn’t put bad thoughts into your head and you should stop listening to it if the music puts those thoughts into your head. I try to stay away from listening to those type of lyrics while still listening to metal. However, if you found that it’s influenced you in that type of way, then I respect your decision to stop listening to it. God bless✌️✝️

I've had dreams for years now of walking deserted paths alone, scaling mountains alone, and crossing a threshold of a mist or fog of some sort...and there being unknown places of bustling life on the other side; I couldn't figure out what that place was or why it kept calling out to me. It's the secret place. Jesus was calling me deeper, and this was the soundtrack to that revelation.
Tommy is the only person I have met in my 40 years of life that I would follow into ANYWHERE and feel I’m 💯 doing Gods work. I met him in Orangevale CA and again in Roseville CA, where I was able to fellowship. His walk with God is like none other, he truly has the lords anointing. I pray for everything he does to succeed and hope to fellowship again with him in Dallas where I live now when he does make his way back.
There is absolute power and power absolutely in the very name of JESUS. The mere mention of His name turns up everyone’s ears, and whether they like Him or not, you’ll know within a matter of minutes. I’ve always used the use of His name in songs as a confirmation that the people behind the song are not a part of the ‘system’. Because the system and all who are in it are of the world and they do not like His Name. They don’t like to use it, hear it, see it, and you can forget it. The Power of just saying His name will ward off any and all temptation that comes our way, but you HAVE TO KEEP SAYING HIS NAME. JUST DO IT.

I had a dream last week that I was listening to metal music (which I gave up years ago). In the dream I was shocked I was listening to metal but then I heard the lyrics and I was like “praise God! This is so good!” After that dream I decided to search UA-cam and found you guys! I love this so much and I will try to pray for you regularly!

@@notsop1 yeah I agree with Jessica. I stopped listening to it because it was tempting me to be angry and aggressive, which isn’t the way I want to be. Some music can make me want to feel depressed or negative. I think it’s important for us to monitor how music makes us feel and make sure we aren’t sabotaging ourselves in a way.
@@Rev3_11 For me personally, I find that not all metal gets me angry, and in the Bible it talks about how anger is not sinful if it is righteous anger. A lot of Christian bands, Impending Doom for example, have an angry sound, but they speak about forgiveness and other good stuff. I agree that you definitely shouldn’t put bad thoughts into your head and you should stop listening to it if the music puts those thoughts into your head. I try to stay away from listening to those type of lyrics while still listening to metal. However, if you found that it’s influenced you in that type of way, then I respect your decision to stop listening to it. God bless✌️✝️
I’m currently fighting with leaving the metal scene because it drew me in for years and would get heavier the older i got. I have been listening to Christian music more now… but this is amazing. Prayers for your journey my friend 🙏

I left the church system over 10 years ago Somehow this band just showed up on my UA-cam and it's giving me some hope I feel like Jesus is still out there somewhere and He knows how sick & bad the churches are and He knows how we still believe and we still have deep deep deep deep deep heartache & worship for Him I really believe it and I wish there was more like this

Tommy is the only person I have met in my 40 years of life that I would follow into ANYWHERE and feel I’m 💯 doing Gods work. I met him in Orangevale CA and again in Roseville CA, where I was able to fellowship. His walk with God is like none other, he truly has the lords anointing. I pray for everything he does to succeed and hope to fellowship again with him in Dallas where I live now when he does make his way back.

There is absolute power and power absolutely in the very name of JESUS. The mere mention of His name turns up everyone’s ears, and whether they like Him or not, you’ll know within a matter of minutes. I’ve always used the use of His name in songs as a confirmation that the people behind the song are not a part of the ‘system’. Because the system and all who are in it are of the world and they do not like His Name. They don’t like to use it, hear it, see it, and you can forget it. The Power of just saying His name will ward off any and all temptation that comes our way, but you HAVE TO KEEP SAYING HIS NAME. JUST DO IT.
