2:55 as far as i know, netflix and other streaming services does not block content in certain parts of the world, they just don't have the rights to stream it in that country. I think they have to pay for the rights to stream it per country, and the price differs and may not be worth it. Even doe Netflix earns on people using vpn, it makes it harder to uphold its licensing deals, and therefore blocks some vpns
