This is an interesting place, thanks for the comments. The winters are not as bad as most people think especially if you like, skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and other winter sports. Our bugs can be bad, but I think a lot of people who complain came to our state during the peak season and think it is like that all the time, which it is not.
The black flies are only bad in Spring for a short period; they die off and rest of summer is not bug-filled.. truly.. l live in Maine and the bugs aren’t a big deal

That is exactly what you are seeing in that room. Plastic covering the insulation on the ceiling, needs to be finished and so does the back wall that is also insulated. Price is $149,900

Where do you put a bed in the first bedroom? It looks too narrow to put a bed head on one of the side walls.
One side for sure, it is a tiny space but it can work.
