I was Shocked by the price. This property is Gorgeous. Well built structures etc. own pond etc. I thought for sure $699,000. Easily,,, could have been $650 - $700 K.. I played couple Mega Millions tonite. Someone has to win. May as well be me since I'll share it with EVERYONE. HAVE A GREAT DAY , GOD BLESS US ALL.. AMEN.

While you might be able to suspect a pond is anoxic based on visual cues like a large algae bloom, extreme murkiness, or dead fish near the surface, you cannot definitively tell if a pond is anoxic just by looking at it as the lack of oxygen is an invisible condition and requires specific water quality testing to accurately measure dissolved oxygen levels.
