Did you have to clean out the grey screen? Would love to see you do a video of how you set up your transparencies :) Nice work!
Hey I don't know what you mean about cleaning out the grey screen? If your referring to how it clogged, then yes all I did was keep pushing ink through with the squeegee and if that doesn't work I usually just take a damp rag and wipe the areas of the screen that are clogged and it should clear it up! I will definitely create a video on how I align all the screens for you! Thank you again for tuning in and engaging!
Once you have everything dialed, do you cover those registration marks with tape, / how do you avoid them from appearing on the actual print?

Are you using water based inks for this job?
Tell me what do you do if the ink crack after you have stretched it? Everything turned out swell as always thanks for sharing and you know what to do stay safe and Bless
Great question Denise, if the ink does crack like it usually will the first few times I then check the temp of the heater at the exit point and if it is lower at around 300-320 i tend to bump it up slowly. As i bump it up slowly a re print sample shirts and send it through and check to see if it cracks or not, if it does crack again I keep slowly adjusting and retrying until I reach a perfect cure. What temp is the ink when it comes out of the dryer?
I like to keep mine at about 350 when it is coming out of the flash, it gives me the best cure. When I print hoodies I tend to increase the speed of the belt because they are thicker.

Yo bro, i know this video talks about registration, but I still figure out how to use them. Can you redo the video with better angles what each knob does. I have the same press. Like I can get the registration mark on top but not the bottom one ): or if you can dm me @elmario_96

@@baavproductions thanks! there is one from ryonet but only talks about the z micro lol. i cant fin d a good video. maybe you can show how to use them. the up, down, right, and etc.. like I said I cant get the bottom registration on point ):
