WOW comparison is the thief of joy.!!! I have now been WFPB for three and a half months. I really enjoy this way of eating and have started to see improvements in my overall health. I have 2 of Jane and Anne’s cook books as well as some books by T. Colin Campbell. I have been reading his book, The China Study which I have really appreciated. I have several stews or soups that I make weekly as well as salads daily. Thank you both for your ideas. 🙏

Great suggestions! I e been vegetarian for over 10 yrs and plant strong the last 3 of those 10 years with noticeable health improvement during the plant strong period. As such, I’m sharing this with everyone I know, helping those who want to try it and happy to share that my siblings (with health issues) are finally changing to a plant strong life!! 🎉

Well I turned into vegan from vegetarian in Augest 2022 .I found my expected result within 6.weeks.my chronic sinusitis and my dizziness were gone totally. Felling so energetic and focused within 6 weeks. My Dr was so surprised by changes of health report. But anyway everyone is different. I m in my 60s and feeling like 40s after diet style transformed.

You mentioned making up an emergency soup recipe that you put in the freezer. Can you please tell me what the emergency recipe consists of? Thanks so much!

For what it's worth, here's mine: this can all come from frozen veggies and cans (watch the sodium!): cooked beans of choice (1+), cut potatoes (sweet is best for this), veggies of choice (carrots, peas, corn, green beans), onion, garlic, greens of choice, veggie broth, mushrooms, chipotle powder (a little dab will do ya), TJs 21 season salute. I use an Instant Pot for 5 minutes. Hope this helps and you don't think I'm a buttinsky!🤣

Thank you for the video! I've heard you can't metabolize vitamins in vegetables without fat. What do you do? I don't do oil.

All those suggestions sound great to me but my family does not want to eat the same every day and getting my husband and kids to eat these kinds of food is close to impossible.
    Any suggestions?

I've never known someone who did a fad diet or cleanse and kept the weight off. Never. WFPB checks every health box, WHILE you lose weight. Win-Win. :)

I ate potatoes and have zero sign of the type 2 diabetes I had. It isn’t the potatoes, it’s what you put on them.
