What a great presentation. I love that Ann and Jane are together cooking. What a gift. I lost my mom when I was 8. I miss her every day. Please don’t take your parents for granted.
I just love this channel. I went plant-based and Whole Foods about 19 years ago after I read the biography and the founding of Farm Sanctuary up in New York State. All about the torture of animals, unsanitary conditions for workers and the damage that factory farming does to the environment. But, what really killed my soul was the abuse of animals as a commodity, and then discarded when they are sick and dying. Just horrible. I have enjoyed your channel so much and shared with friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Love watching all of you. Miss Anne is the bomb.❤
I went plant-based for health reasons, but I am very, very glad that I won’t be contributing to the cruelty of factory farming anymore. It sickens me to know I ever did.
I agree!! I went vegan for the animals, but the health related "side effects" of a plant based vegan diet have been AMAZING!! Eating this way since 2012 and never been healthier or felt better)!
I went vegan 32yrs ago for the animals. In the beginning I was wfpb because that's all that was available in Australia in 1992. Not wanting to be the person who "ate weirdly" anymore, I jumped on board the fake vegan everything from around 2001. I went wfpb 3 months ago for ME - and I have absolutely no intention of going back..
I love this "contest". All the dishes sound absolutely delicious. I think that Ann's recipe was the easiest since she didn't really make a sauce. So that one is a winner from a time saving perspective. Thanks so much!
So easy to put the rice and water in the instant pot for 3 min and let sit for several hours. The Ipot automatically flips to WARM when the 3 min are up and 3 hrs later you have perfect rice. I wish you'd utilize the Ipot more often. It's the most loved & used tool in my kitchen.
They all look amazing. Thank you all for the ideas. I made a similar middle salad for the hubby tonight. I am definitely trying the beans and polenta for supper soon.
Each meal fits into the 3 categories ! Anne's, to my way of thinking, would be warm/hot just the answer for those colder nights while Jane's and Brian's could be eaten at room temp as well. 4th category is Great fun & entertainment! You'd all win the golden fork statue!
I enjoyed this so very much. Thank you Thank you ThankYou all of your family for changing my life. Thanks for these wonderful meals. Ann, Jane and Brian. Keep Sharing all this great stuff. You are my angels
Hands down for overall would be Brian. However, I get so tired of beans......so, the green ribbon goes to Ann. But then, the yellow ribbon foes to Jane for her tons of vegetables and kale. I can’t wait to try all three meals! Thank you.
This was so much fun to watch!@ would like more like this. I liked Ann's bowl...I love re-watching all you videos. I tell family about them too. This will be great to see which of my family liked whose dish. God bless you all from grandma Katie in Oregon
You three are absolutely amazing and fabulous 🥳 thank you for such fun, entertaining and delicious display of your masterpieces , you are all winners for being such good sports 🥳🥳 thank you ☺️
This channel came up randomly and I am so happy to find it! Love my Be A Plant Based Warrior Woman cookbook! All 3 are gorgeous dishes! Brian, I would have added 3 or 4 Cherry tomatoes on top for color. I would eat all three dishes! (Not at once of course) oh, and I vote for Jane’s! Making that one first!
They all look really really good and I will try each of them. Ann is who I would pick as the winner. I would be more likely to make hers because it’s the easiest and the simplest of ingredients. Beautiful presentation too. They all did! Thank you for sharing these three simple delicious looking meals - wonderful!!!
Omgosh I just found this channel and I’m so excited! I couldn’t pick between the 3 of them. It’s almost 11:30pm where I am and I want to get up and cook them all! Mouth watering! Thank you for doing this! 🎊 🎉
All three look amazing!! Jane’s is my favorite, but I will use tofu. I’ll be making Brian’s tonight because I have all the ingredients. Ann’s is so simple and nutritious. Thanks for all these ideas. 🤗
These look delicious - such good ideas and advice on quick, plant-based cooking. I love all the work your family does to teach us the joy of good health!
One of your best videos it was so much fun. Anne don't ever resign!! Love your enthusiasm ! I've never eaten polenta (that's what we call it in Australia) but will definitely do it now. Thanks!!!
I LOVE this Video - absolutely LOVE - You have helped me feel less anxious about making more easy and quick plant based foods. I wish I lived Next door to all of you.
I’m just watching this now, I love this channel and Jane and Anne’s channel. With IF I try to eat both of my meals in 6 hours. So my meals are between noon and 6pm typically. I’m glad I started watching before my first meal because it reminded me to add tempeh to my mixed veg and greens!!!
Thank-you for 3 Gorgeous, quick meal ideas!! So much fun to watch! I live in the Province of Ontario, Canada & temperatures can be as low as -40° in winter. A bowl of pasta is the fuel we need to beat the cold! I would vote Anne's a winner as a delicious, affordable meal which makes great use of staples most people would have in their pantry. Jane's wins on flavor profile for our family, the sweet & salty component is a hit! Brian's wins as a super yummy way to serve polenta to a family! My husband loves smokey bbq sauce! It's all about the sauce in our family! Sweet Dreams Anne😀🍝
excellent presentation. I like the idea of Brian's cashew/white bean sauce, Ann's pasta/Kale and mixed vegetables, and the use of Tempeh from Jane. All good ideas.
I rather have the Banzai shell with my pasta and veggies. The sauce stay better in the pasta. And I put a little sweet wine in the sauce also because I just do not like any of the ready made tomatoes sauce Actually it takes me me 15 minutes including same ce made by scratch. But I am italian so I should not compit. Good for you Anna. You are the bomb!
I love the family dynamic in your videos, but as an older person myself, and understanding that Ann is 88 years old (a fantastic advertisement for this way of eating) I think that the way the younger generation treated her during her presentation was just a bit condescending. When not interrupted with well meaning, but sometimes chaotic "help", Ann's presentation was totally understandable and enjoyable! Please let Ann be who she is, not who you want her to be.
This was a fun presentation/competition. The winners are the viewers who get three fifteen minute meal ideas to use when needed. They all look delicious and fun. Thanks for this video.

Yeah.. I went vegan for the exact reason reason ...animals..
May god help em!

They all look delicious but my vote is definitely for Ann’s. Her dish is stress free, easy peasy etc. 😊
I love this "contest". All the dishes sound absolutely delicious. I think that Ann's recipe was the easiest since she didn't really make a sauce. So that one is a winner from a time saving perspective. Thanks so much!
Brian’s is the one I am dying to try first! Love the simplicity of Ann’s, and the peanut sauce of Jane’s. Lovely!
A vote for Ann for simplicity of ingredients and time but all are fantastic!
I always love Jane's open-minded,inclusive, compassionate spirit and mindset.
🌱🕊💚 I have enjoyed watching this presentation 3 times already, because of its EDUCATIONAL VALUE & HAPPY PLANTS ONLY COOKING ENTERTAINMENT! Thank you!!

Thank you for doing this. Not only are you guys funny & amusing, but you really are helpful and educational.

This was SO fun! More under 15 minute meals for the WIN!!
I liked the Tempe dish personally.. I like the firmer-texture foods.
Just what I needed to see today. Thank you for what you do.

I love all the dishes but I’d say Ann’s the winner because even though she was sleep deprived she managed a beautiful dish! 😋😍

They all look great, but I think I would like Ann's the most, and it seems so easy too. Thanks for sharing.
I wish I was your neighbor. What a cool neighborhood!!
Ann!! Easy, quick and not complicated!
You guys are amazing! Everything looks wonderful! Thank you!
My vote is for Brian.
I need JANE'S dish NOW!! Can't beat tempeh and peanut sauce!!
I especially like the mixture of ingredients in Brian's dish... Awesome job everyone.

Brian should create a cookbook!!!
Ann and Jane, Love your heart for Wellness!!
All the plates are beautiful and easy! Can't wait to try them all ❤
Love them all. Awesome job guys!
They all three look delicious! Can't wait to try them all! Thank you.
Ann cracks me up Lol!! I LOVE her.
excellent presentation. I like the idea of Brian's cashew/white bean sauce, Ann's pasta/Kale and mixed vegetables, and the use of Tempeh from Jane. All good ideas.
Poor Ann is so competitive she lost sleep over it. All meals looked great and you all gave great meal ideas for us all.
I love polenta and did not know it was from cornmeal
And I love tempeh and such a special way to season it up
Corn meal is a much finer grind, grits are a coarser grind....i prefer the coarser grind when i want grits.
How I wish you could have a national show-! I am entertained and learning and best of all eating Healthy! 🎉
I vote for Ann’s for simplicity and variety of vegetables! I just bought tempeh and was wondering how to prepare it. Now I know! Thank you Jane. ❤
Fantastic!!! They all look delish!!!!
I rather have the Banzai shell with my pasta and veggies. The sauce stay better in the pasta. And I put a little sweet wine in the sauce also because I just do not like any of the ready made tomatoes sauce
Actually it takes me me 15 minutes including same ce made by scratch. But I am italian so I should not compit.
Good for you Anna. You are the bomb!
I just ADORE WATCHING YOU ❤ANN! And all of you !
This is soooo great, that was going to be the next question I ask, “how can I not be in the kitchen 4 hours preparing meals?”
I love how real your kitchen is❤
I love the family dynamic in your videos, but as an older person myself, and understanding that Ann is 88 years old (a fantastic advertisement for this way of eating) I think that the way the younger generation treated her during her presentation was just a bit condescending. Ann, Jane and Brian, please create 3-5 minute meals with 2-3 inexpensive heart healthy ingredients 🙏 thanks again💗
"Where is the kale going?"
"Jane."
😂😂😂
Thank you for this video, the food looks great and I was looking for some speedier recipes!
love your no nonsense channel
Ann’s if I want comfort food. Jane’s because of the spicy peanut sauce. Then Brian’s. 😊
I'm making all three for meals this week!! wooo , so excited 🙂
I have just become a vegan so love your energy, relaxed cooking in a family setting can almost taste the food as you cook
I say put an APB (All Plant Bulletin) out - you are all great cooks! Love your books!
I’ve made Brian’s and Jane’s so far and they were delicious!! I thought this was so fun to watch. You guys are great together!
Anne’s the easiest, janes the prettiest, Brian’s unique 😊
