    depends, it does put your rotator cuffs in a dangerous position, some people can do it without any problems but others can't.

    Glossed over that rear delt.... Really important to elaborate on that more and the specificality of the small movements to hit those small muscles....

    Done behind the neck press twice in my life, first time I dislocated my shoulder (srs) second time I crunched my rotator cuff and couldn't train for a week. Guess they're just not for me lol

    I think Kevins probably in my opinion the second best bodybuilder who recovered really well from taking steroids besides jay cutler. They definitely played their cards right and knew what they were doing for sure.

    My 2 cents, they are super important if you want complete and round shoulders. I get a lot of results with them. Train them as heavy as regular side delt raises(might need to start with less if they're weak). You can do a little swing but contract hard at the top and descend slowly.

    when doing rear lateral raises, in the finishing position your pinky has to be above your thumb.

    I dont want to hate,but leaning on the back like that,wont engage your lateral delts...your ellbows must be higher then your wrist...otherwise,if you do them like Kev does it will hit the front delt and rear delt not the side....sorry..
