    I remember Lucinda making a similar pasta on Everyday Food where she used frozen peas, chiffonade cut prosciutto in a cream sauce but omitting the mint and red pepper flakes used here. One of those very occasional, decadently rich dinners to savor in a reasonably sized portion.

    Damn... you sure know how to make a wide variety glorious dishes. Just come up with a better ending to wrap things up, and you'll be at the top of the best on YT.
