Would putting the chicken and marinade in a Ziploc bag be good too?? Just so you can toss it around every now and then?? This looks amazing. Might have to go on a picnic this weekend just so I can take this with me!!
Classic 70's weekday baked chicken. Italian salad dressing, bread crumbs, bake 350 for an hour. voila. Dont even need to let the chicken set in the marinade, but better if you do. Aluminum foil works just fine and easier to deal with.

learned recently that rinsing / drying chicken may actually increase the risk of spreading bacteria www.cdc.gov/features/salmonellachicken/index.html
