Do you recommend storing ammo loose in 50 cal cans or in the cardboard boxes ?? I have seen both methods being used, I always put plenty of silica gel packs in the can and have stored mine in the boxes.
You should have marked as FMJRN (Full Metal Jacketed Round Nose) or my favorite would be Jacketed Speer Hollow Point 125 grain. (SJHP-125). It's just something to think about from a Cat-Daddy.
I prefer to keep my ammo separated by manufacturers lot number if purchased or with the full recipe and date if reloaded. That way if there is a problem or a recall I can identify the ammo. For instance, these lots of Winchester 9mm have been recalled. Cool, short and to the point. Thanx John
Glad it was helpful!
I use different color of tape. Green for practice, red bad situations, etc. Silica packs, good idea.
Great idea!
Good system. I’ll be trying that out.
Also, nice masks!
Did u put the Silica packets above the foam or below the foam on bottom? 🎉

Right
Right! but whose counting? 😂
Sir do you pack all your calibers in ammo cans that will fit in the cans?
Yes, everything is removed from boxes and packed into cans!
Can you use plastic ammo cans, or is metal better and why?
few of the plastic cans stay sealed if lifted by the handle when full. they’re an untested, unserious product
Boss.
