Take a little garlic cloves ground with lemons whole, ginger root, and add Tumeric, it better help my health , cause my honey always trys to run away when I need a hug

I use it more medicinally than i do regularly based on Buddhist teachings saying these strong herbs/spice are too strong for our gut and organs and stimulating on our nervous system with daily use, especially when consumed raw/whole. Also excites the sexual desires and thoughts so would not be good for someone who practices meditation and such. Other than that, i use it from time or once to twice a week just as a preventative medicine to any cold or flu. Potent stuff, Less is more :)
I don't agree based on my personal experience taking raw garlic ,I take about 6 cloves per day ,it's good 4 so many medicinal effects on the body,lungs,liver detox,normalize blood consistency, ,anti virus, parasites,blood sugar regulator,,immune builder, increase blood circulation, the list goes on and on,don't allow Buddhist teaching,deprive u out of this mighty gift the creator gave mankind to keep us healthy ,

How long can you go to live peacefully and feel complete without having sexual urges and desires of a woman? Many great examples there are. These are amazing herbs to use when sick or as medicine but daily use is not wise long term on the brain, body and nervous system. Wait until you stop you will see for yourself but because you have not taken a break in who knows how long you cannot notice what you are under. Just like coffee/caffeine reliant/drinkers. They only know they hell they been putting their bodies through once they stop for a while. They overstimulate the nervous system. I try to eat raw garlic by mincing it finely and adding to my avocado’s to get that possible better nutritional value.
