I got a buddy of mine the tranquility lane watch as a wedding present. But that all black with the vault doors on it might be my new favorite 😍
Looks cool but lacks the correct dimensions for me and I would have liked an automatic movement ;)
I almost got the tranquility watch also but it is a bit too much for what it offers.

I also love Fallout so much and have been a fan of the series ever since the first game ! I have played tons of Fallout 2 and 3, and the Fallout Tactics as so fun as well ! I hope they start to make a TV show about the universe, I love anything post apocalyptic and Mad Maxy ! Great giveaway, count me in ! Cheers from the Wasteland !
Hello fellow Wastelander, thanks for the sub! Fallout 3 is my bread and butter =) As horrible as it sounds I have not played Fallout Tactics but the Final Fantasy Tactics I have and loved it. Mad Max was also a great hidden gem and well crafted. Glad to make your acquaintance mysterious stranger.

The shield could be damage threshold, even tho in game its solid color, not in that four squared way like in the watch.
I've always wanted to own one of the Fallout Watches but I've never had the extra cash to justify it. But man they look amazing and you are super knowledgeable of the watches. Subscribing for sure! Good luck on your road to 1k!

Also the shield icon on the watch is the same icon used in the games pipboy that is used to show defense or resistance.

I own a tranquility lane vault boy watch that was bought for me back around the time new vegas had came out. I just looked it up and it is surprising what that thing is selling for in the ebay.
I almost purchased that one also but I just felt the price was way out of reason. Nice one to have though for sure!

On the glow in the dark Vault Boy watch, the icons are status pipboy icons. The shield represents your current Damage Resistance, which is determined by the armor you’re currently wearing. The one at 6 is obviously a Radiation symbol, but more specifically represents Radiation Resistance in the same way. The one at 3 is indeed an army helmet. It is also found on the status page, but personally I don’t know *exactly* what it represents. That you have headwear equipped? I don’t know. The bomb icon at 12 is just a random bomb, as far as I know. It’s not specifically a mini-nuke, nor is it found on the status page like the other 3. Seems like a filler icon because they didn’t know what to put there. Doesn’t bother me much though.
However, it would have made more sense if they included the Energy Resistance icon which is a lightning bolt.
Damn the Pip Boy Character UI watch is amazing! :o I'm completely new to this Fallout watch scene, didn't even know they existed! Earnt a sub from me dude :)

The shield 🛡️ is your overall armor rating or protection, the helmet is your head protection 🤠
