Thank you, Jira! Professional tour appreciated, but audio was poor. This villa is quite a bit more expensive in USD than our usual tour and I’m not sure this villa is worth it. It is very nice, but small in some areas like the pool patio and carport space. But, I do appreciate the extra room around furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. you can walk around this home comfortably without feeling cramped. The bathrooms also feel warmer, less commercial than in other homes. The new buyer will need to bring their own pop of color to personalize the home. It is a great home, but is it worth the price? Maybe. 🤘🏻🇺🇸
I'll be honest, I have not seen a more bland home in a very long time, this is about as beige and uninteresting a home as it is possible to have. Couple that with being about 10m baht overpriced means these are sitting on the market and they are offering a 20% discount...
The pool only 9x4m ! If my best friend jumps into the pool , then is no water more inside , because my best friend is an elefant ! Such a small pool , and then 25 million Baht , it is to expensive !
Bland house with many design mistakes not in the least the 2nd kitchen with no working space between the plate and sink, enormously overpriced should be 12-14M maximum.

agree. do you live in Thailand or plan to? You might want to familiarize yourself with the Thai laws about leaving critical reviews :)
