Great video Jira. That is a great location. I like Tira tiraa Condo, which is very close. Can you tell me if Tira tiraa has any pool access units for sale or rent? I'm also curious if there was any flood damage in those pool access condo's? I also like la Casita and maybe condochain close to market village 😊 Condochain might be a nice place to renovate ! What do you think ? I will be back in Hua Hin from Canada in 3 weeks. I love Hua Hin 😊
@ i mean this apartment looks newly renovated, an older condo that hasn’t recently been renovated could perhaps be cheaper. I’m not a fan of the flooring or anything at all in this one design-wise. Location and price are very tempting for a second home.
Its pretty common in Asia to have security like this at the hotels and condos. Labor is cheap. Mostly petty theft and drunk people are the main issues in Thailand.
This is at a very good location. I think you can easily walk to many good restaurants.
THAT ROAD IN '68 WAS 1 LANE, HUA HIN WAS A WIDE SPOT WITH A SMALL KINE RESTAURANT, WORKED FOR ROYAL THAI A.F.
Looking good Jira, nice video!

Looks good for living 2 people , and the price is adequate.
nice balcony. A little too hotel like feel for me.
Would it be possible to get an empty condo like this? I don’t need a living room, I’d turn the living room into a large kitchen.
It’s for sale so I guess you could sell the sofa, put in a larger kitchen connected to the bathroom and … voila!

How much is the monthly cost?. I know it’s not a rental but I guess there is a monthly fee.
It around 10 k a year THB
10 minute walk to beach is nice, but the view is not. There are stores between the condos and the street blocking views.
How much is the running costs service charge?
Thailand seems so dangerous. Theres a always security
