its a fitness watch opposing to fitness bands, but it isnt a 'smart' watch.
Band 5 also has automatic workout detection and it works fine every time.

Make sure you cover the accuracy of all the sensors and fitness measurements like steps, heart rate and spo2. Everything else looks great, but we have to know how accurate the Fitness features are when compared with a medical grade device or apple watch atleast
Using mi bands for a long time
I got a mi band 2 then i lost it
Then got a mi band 3, it is almost 3 years and it is still doing great without any issues
As far as the budget fitness bands are concerned, mi bands are the best to get

I bought mi band 6 from Qatar for 189 Qt which is somewhat 3500 rupees in India .....and I don't regret it at all it's worth the price ...one more feature he forgot to mention is the world time in mi band 6

Automatic workout detection is also present on mi band 5, it's not very good but, it does it's job 😌

Xiaomi needs to add a distance goal in their Mi Fit app. I have had the Band 4but I used to use the Samsung Health app using phone's sensors because Xiaomi's run didn't have goals :/
