I used his program and I got a lot stronger , for sure a way better player , I got a lot faster , I can shoot harder I can cross the ball doesn’t matter how far , before it could never do that , my weak foot got way better due to my leg strength ,

So in off-season we're gonna train 5 days in a week and each day will have 1-2 sessions. Im thinking about going to the gym too and thinking 4 times per week. Is that good or a little too much?

What if you’re injured during the off season and pre season. But then you are fit during the season. what would your workout look like since you won’t have strength to “maintain” during the season
If you’re injury prone your first step is to stay consistent with training to ensure everything catches up. In season monitor yourself and listen to your body. Add as many sessions as needed. If you’re still getting hurt you probably haven’t strengthened those weak areas, not hitting the right muscles, overloading, not taking recovery seriously.
How many sets of the gym training for the weighted jumps, heavy compound lifts and heavy single leg lifts?
Everything 2-3 sets
Jumps under 5 reps
Heavy compound 3-5 reps
Single leg strength 5-8 reps
How many reps and sets of half gassers should I do in-season and in off-season
That answer widely varies.
In season: 6-10 reps x1-2 sets
Offseason: 6-10 reps x2-3sets
Is it bad to do a heavy leg workout right after a heavy training session
Your strength won’t be at it’s max If you do it this way
What can you do on "light" sessions..??
And by "intense" do you mean endurance session.??

why do you put your speed session on a wednesday, when according to tatical periodization(most club use that methodology) your speed session is on a thrusday (-2 to a match)? shouldnt the work on the gym be correlated to whats happening in the football session?
Not sure if I understand what you're asking. The speed is on Wednesday and the game is on Saturday. 3 days before the match is not going to make a big difference if we make it 2 days out. Feel free to do it on either of those days. Use it as a GUIDE and what logistically/realistically works for you. Don't follow exactly.

What about muscle soreness/Doms from gym training? Won't they prevent you from doing proper team training one day after?
When you train like an athlete, focus on increasing movement forces, and manage your volume (biggest factor) it should not affect or at least very minimally your team training or matches
