Thanks for showing us a little of Cha Am, Looks like a very relaxing spot and it's nice to see what it looks like during off season which is what I prefer. That hotel and the room is very nice indeed and offers great value. The food at that French restaurant did look good, especially the
ocean cockroaches :) I never knew horseshoe crabs were actually edible BTW.
They just eat the eggs of the horseshoe crab from what I understand. I remember seeing them on the beach when I was a kid, so prehistoric looking. The hotel was great and the French restaurant was delicious. Thanks Robert

One of my favorite snacks at 7-11 is those toasted ham and cheese toasties. My son and I ate them every day.😋
So simple and cheap but so good. I always grab one when in 7-11
Sir JR, sorry I did not specify where “Big Bull Steakhouse “ was, but it in Hua Hin, by the Hilton. They have all you can eat Brazilian style carved at your table. I enjoyed it there. Ed

Why are asian 7-11 better than the US or Philippines...I love them. Great hotel and dinner look outstanding. Thanks for sharing
I find the ones in Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia just offer way better items and food choices than the US, I haven't been in too many in the Philippines, the Angeles ones I have been are not very good

Those sea roaches have been marinating in salt water their whole life. Due to that, they taste delicious!! 😂😂
I had a taste in Khao Lak, couldn't resist, wife's dish looed so good , and it was tasty
we are thinking of renting long term in Cha Am area, less traffic and not so crowded. Did you 2 move to Thailand, or are you going back to the philippines?
Just visiting...for now LOL Cha-Am could be great location, if you need anything western its just a short drive to Hua Hin. Would be curious how much rental property there is there
