I always pick up good tips with these videos. No matter how long you have been painting, theres always new things to learn and add to your toolbox of knowledge. Thanks!
Thanks for watching and supporting, we appreciate it!
Great tool! Great thing to have in the arsenal! Love the channel, I’ve learned so much from paint life. Thank you for sharing all your experience in your painting life Chris
Instablaster...
Going to share this video with our crew Monday. We use the Clean Shot too. Thanks Ian and Chris for sharing!
Thanks for watching, glad you found it helpful!
Bought one a while ago, after I use it I completely strip and clean it. Absolutely love it.
Thanks for the video. I have checked out all the videos available on clean shots. Not one of them shows the painter actually adjusting it. I wish they did. Next time you do a video on this, please add that. Thanks!
Thank you for this video. My wife and I are doing some painting projects commercial and want to do the best while not punishing our bodies and this thing can help in so many ways.
And you’re right; the initial cost becomes minimal when the purchase has paid for itself first-use.
Thank you for all your teaching God bless you aboundly
A whip on the end of that hose connected to the gun would allow for more free movement
Great info
Good vibes fells just outstanding got to get one for spindles!
Great tool for certain applications, now I only use this on a extension pole for decorative cornice
Thanks for watching!
insights & great reminder🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟insights & great reminder
Thanks, great video and good advice. I’m going to try a Clean Shot now.
I bought one couple years back. I like it a lot.
Thanks for the feedback, glad it has worked well for you too!
Been spraying with this valve for a year and its awesome, costly but worth it
Obrigado pelo vídeo.
Como sempre excelente qualidade.
Um grande abraço.
Thanks for watching!
Ian rocks too!! 👍
Yeah he does!!
Blast!! You guys have just sold me on another tool!! The versatility is as valuable, probably more so than the reduction of the spits. Good to see you guys more candid on video and joking around a bit. What kind of pants was Ian wearing, were those the Deckers or another brand?
Dexters Workwear!
Totally loving the cross pollination here. Also to try this sucker out.
Hi
You guys make it so look so easy.
Well i bought one of these graco cleanshot valve and is no way that i could make it work with 50cm lance without spitting. I followed the instructions to the word. I adjusted the pump pressure gradually in 100psi from about 1500 pump pressure all the way up to 2500psi pump pressure. Tried it at every 100psi up with valve turned to spray. At same time adjusting the valve itself as well. No way i could get it to work and not to spit. WTF. I am so pissed off because i bought it specifically to paint my high 2.7m ceilings. So guess what i ended up painting it from my 4 step ladder. It was a pain in the butt truly.
Could not get in touch with the shop because of the lockdown COVID-19 for 4 weeks.
“Oh here’s one of my CleanShots, I’ve actually got dozens of these”. Lol
On my shopping list
Get it!
When it comes to paintingexterior rafter tips you eliminate the ladder and the torture. Nuff said.
I can definitely see myself using that. I'm 6'5"... Save my back at all costs!
Try it!
Been contemplating in ordering a clean shot valve
Do it
its worth every penny
I never spray without it!
🤙
I would notice Chris always had a good pump on. I thought he was a gym guy, but motocross explains it all. Its a ball busting sport, you use every muscle in your body, by far one of the most demanding sports you can be involved with. Be careful!!! I marked clean shot for future buy on amazon.
How could a guy find a work shop on spraying ? I'm located in Portland oregon
I wish you could’ve explained how it stops spitting I’ve always hated spitting.
I'll have to explain it next time, thanks for the feedback!
It keeps the extension pressurized so there isn't any loose paint droplets getting shot out when you pull the trigger.
So in term.... this would be great for cabinet refinishing correct?
How bout a close up view of this product? Can’t really see what it looks like
Good idea, thanks for the feedback Rick!
What's best warter ot Based oil for doing emulsion indoors
Super
Just bought one a couple months ago
How's it workin for you?
Paint Life TV to be honest I haven’t used it yet, bought for a job in the spring. I’ll let you know ~
Wondering why you guys stop the tiger every time you are going up/down, wouldn’t that be easier to keep it on until you finish the wall?
Triggering stops the build up of paint during the sideways movement, especially when you’re spraying an unmasked area

It’s totally fine on ceilings and walls, perhaps you can get that problem on trim because the corners, I personally think it’s better to keep it on start to finish and do a good overlap. That’s my opinion, thanks;)
1) 8:48 How the heck do you "just add a second clean shot".
2) 9:59 "Ian does things differently than me" How so? Gun>extension>CleanShot to avoid bending, reaching, ladders and spits. Seems they both do it the exact same way. Did i miss something?
I do not use or like a clean shot
@@Idahopainter in the video you say how you use it. Confused???? 🤔
eaon has clean whites and a clean shirt.
Thanks for watching!
kitchan painting
Those dont eliminate spits. Just saying. Lazy painter . So it's just a small adjustable extension yes.
Works for us
