At the moment, I am prioritizing glutes/legs, back, arms, shoulders, abs. In that order LOL. And trying to get glutes in 2-3x a week to build that muscle back! So abs would be on a day where im either short on time or not in the mood for any of the muscle groups since it is last on my list for now.👍🏽 Or a lil ab circuit is cool to do after completing any one of the other muscle groups. I used to do HIIT circuits all the time after my workouts to burn extra fat instead of getting on the treadmill. It gave me amazing results 🔥🔥
Im not a professional. However, I also had a c-section and wouldn’t recommend doing these till way later. But thats just me. I feel like it took me a long time to heal and feel comfortable. I usually do and every time I go and upper body one day and lower body the next
