The enemies must be firing Kryptonite because the game wouldn't be a challenge if you could just tank all damage. Shame this would of been a rental for me if the full game was released.

I can't watch these for more than a couple of minutes, no idea how you played it for so long. These make me angry, angry that someone thought these were good ideas, and then during testing thought these were fun for anyone to play.
After the Dreamcast came out, I was done with the dated graphics of both the PS1, N64, and Saturn. It was a much noticeable difference back then. Walking into a Babbages and seeing how ugly the older systems were almost hurt my eyes.

If anybody is interested in there is a Superman64 beta that can be played and ita very different, there are no ring challenges and the graphics are slightly better and you can explore the open world freely..... Honestly, this game had a lot of potential, but it had a lot of problems in development and they rushed the release with some quickly put together level missions to have something to sell, it actually sold pretty well like 400.000 copies at 60$ from 1999 which are equivalent to 100$ of today. So this game made around 40$ million in revenue XD
It's not that different when Superman isn't crossing pointless rings outdoors. This reminds me of the Mission Impossible game, another crappy blocky low res low frame rate N64 game that got the benefits of a larger media when ported to PS1.
I finished the 64 version, including mastering it on RetroAchievements; I like the game for the challenge, but the bugs ruin the game (which is no longer wonderful); ps1 version is also good, a little difficult

If you look at many games that are on N64 and PS1, they have very different versions, an example of this is 007 The World is not enough, the PS1 version is radically different from the N64 version and of worse quality.
That was common in that gen. Consoles had very different capabilities and was more efficient to develop separate versions. It was a low budget game anyways.

Já a versão de PlayStation foi uma pena não terem lançado, cortigiram quase todos os problemas da versão do Nintendo 64, mas por algum motivo foi cancelado, o mais engraçado é que o PlayStation vendia como água nessa época e mesmo assim o console teve alguns jogos cancelados. Fico com a versão N64 pela nostalgia, mas não descarto a versão do PlayStation 1 pelas melhorias implementadas na jogabilidade.

Tiene mejor calidad de texturas al no estar comprimidas comon en el cartucho de N64. Los juegos de PS1 eran de 650mb y no 64mb como en N64.
