Life Saving tip right here: If you are an over thinker before bed, Listen to a light hearted, but not to engaging audio book. I've listened to the same one over and over and I find the voice of the reader now really helps me wind down to go to sleep.
Try to do as much as you can for now and then go to sleep if you can't do it anymore. Do the rest in the morning and wake a bit earlier if necessary. That's what I've been doing in these kinda situations...

Just do it :P xx 💞 In my opinion you need to spend every moment in a way that makes you happy, in order to be content with the choices that you have made! If you know that you have homework to do and you watch YT videos, you ain’t spending your time in a way that benefits you. Instead if you give all you have to do your homework by a certain time to a certain time and you still don’t finish it, well: you have already worked hard, so even if you haven’t finished everything, you’ll be proud of yourself anyway, because you have already done everything that was in your power 🐳

Solid advice Jade! Sleep is very important. And it can be moulded into a habit. Whether it's a good or bad habit is up to you. Try to sleep and wake at the same time each day and build your routine around that so that you wont be oversleeping or sleep deprived 😊
Watching this right now while I can't sleep! This has been so useful. I often go to bed and just feel wired became I can't shut my brain off from thinking about all the things I need to be doing/getting done. This just puts me in a vicious cycle as I am therefore less productive the next day due to poor sleep. Sleep is something extremely important that I agree is overlooked far too often! Hazza 882000 Hey, here's some tips! 1. Sleep earlier every day, bit by bit. For instance, if you sleep at 1am, then shift that to 12, until you get closer and closer to a reasonable bed time. 2. Be consistent in the above routine- if you miss a day, it doesn't matter, but always try to keep the routine up. 3. Over time, your brain WILL function before noon-time, if you tell your body to organise certain habits; for instance, if right now you study during the late night, you're telling your brain and body that it is 'work time' so your circadian rythym goes off-sync. 4. To readjust your circadian rythym, structure your day more systematically; for instance have set times for studying, chilling, etc until your body realises, yes, 10pm is my sleep time! I hope I helped; I also have a channel where I talk about improving life in general. Have a blessed day!

1baby I don't get out of the house very often to be honest, I just try to talk to my friends a lot and try to schedule outings, also my mom has friends over a lot so I'm not really ever that bored. And as for depression I just try to always be a little bit ahead in school and be positive, I also read positive affirmations morning and night. I go to k12 international online school and it paces things out and tell me my grade and the due dates for every single one of my assignments, even if it's not due for a month, so that really helps me. Sorry if this was a really long comment haha

Friends! If you *have* to work on your computer at night, you should get a screen dimmer app that uses red light instead of blue light. Blue light, which computers typically rely on, keeps you up where as red light doesn't interfere with your circadian rhythms. I use an app called flux on mac and I loveeeeee it!
