Oh those dresses,❤❤. I love that first top/blouse, love it. I wanted to use my white sunglasses but they were not going to fit my prescription lens. Plus I medically had to have them polarized my prescription sunglasses cost over $400 and trust me I’d never play that kind of money for sunglasses.

Hope you’re feeling better! Speaking from experience, don’t buy too many shoes until you get closer to your goal weight. I am weeding out my shoe collection weekly with shoes that no longer fit because they are too big. I nearly cried dropping my favorite sandals off at the donation center this morning.
Not really excited about anything in this year's sale but I will be picking up spanx polos for gifts. If it helps anyone: I do love Wit & Wisdom but I have to go down a full size in them .. same with Zella tights/joggers.

Hi Cathy, enjoyed your video and you look so pretty. I understand what you said about dresses....I find it difficult these days to find "Sunday" type dresses and my lifestyle is so casual anyway. I look for more casual-type dresses and since we, in the Chicago area, have a short summer "window" I try to find transitional colors that will work in the late summer/early Fall season.

First number in frame info is the horizontal measurement, second is distance across nose, if a third ( over 100 mm) is length of sides pieces - known as temples. Also if your prescription is very high, say above +/-5.00 be careful about larger frames - lenses will be thicker and heavier. Love your videos from a retired optometrist

I’ve never had an issue but according to Air Canada’s sizer the wheels hang out a bit, but for most US airlines it’s acceptable. I suggest looking at the airline you fly with most often and go by their recommendations. It’s confusing.

Cathy what do you think is going on with clothing stores. In the last week I have received advertising for Chicos clothing for under $10.00 for online, northern reflections everything for $5.00 and now Reitmans and RW company everything for 6.81
Maybe they are clearing out the summer things, or is it a scam email? I haven't seen anything regarding the stores mentioned.
I don't know how you got through this when you aren't feeling well...I hope you got some rest afterward and that you'll feel better soon. This is the first time I have watched a video regarding the Nordstrom sale all the way through... usually avoid them entirely, but yours is so different. You found things across many price points and a good variety of items. The Nordstrom that is somewhat close, at least in the same state, has really gone downhill. They have greatly reduced inventory, and the styles remaining are just odd. Many brands are no longer in the store, lots of empty space, so I really avoid it. Except the Cafe Bistro... that's worth stopping in! Anyway, I enjoyed this video. Take care of yourself... feel better soon!

No cashmere for me. So cruel to the sheep. Not like being 🐑 sheered at all
I stopped buying cashmere because harvesting it is not cruelty free it’s a really painful process. The best way to help cashmere goats is to refuse to support this cruel industry by never buying anything cashmere no matter where it comes from or what assurance companies give! Cashmere is a product of cruelty to goats, which is rampant in the industry.
I never heard that, but just did a google search which confirms that cashmere goats do endure extreme cruelty. The vast majority of cashmere comes from China and Mongolia where there are minimal or no laws protecting them. It's so sad.

I did a search on cashmere several months and found out about the cruelty to the goats. It made me sick to read that and I vowed to never buy cashmere again. I think people who promote and continue to buy cashmere just don't understand how it's made.

Bondo boots? I have 2 pr. They are water resistant, cute, and very comfortable for my wide foot. Worth the money.
You and I are very similar in coloring.. the colors of the ‘air essential’ crewneck are very aging. Just saying. I wear a lot of navy and black. My pop of color tends to be somewhat bright and dense.
