I rarely shop the sale anymore. I’m sorry, but I’m not willing to get a credit card just so I can get some items on sale once a year. And since Nordstrom doesn’t do a very good job of stocking items, I rarely end up with much. Which is fine, because then my wallet is happy! 🤨

I think they’ve either completely lost their core vision or it’s drastically changed, but this going the way of Sephora, where you shop in “tiers”, is ridiculous and I’m sad they went this direction. People I know who still work in corporate say they have been consistently losing business each year since around 2019. I don’t think they will ever go out of business, but I think they’ve lost some decades-long loyal customers.
@@stephb3321 Retail has gone sharply downhill, I rarely buy anything because the customer service and quality has gone downhill. It's not worth it to spend money on poor quality clothing and have to practically beg someone to help me.

I had no intention of buying anything but I was curious to see if they gave me early access and yes they did, I’m sure I’m not the only one who got this “privilege”. The whole thing is silly.
No FOMO on Nordy sale for me . Its in the 90-100 degree temps in Southern CA and Im still in shorts/tank top mode. By the time temps cool down here, fall clothes will be on sale to make room for winter merch. None of the Nordy items are "must haves" for me. Nordy merch was sooo much better a decade ago.

I went to my local consignment store and found a gently used pair of AG in a similar cut as yours on sale for $12.50. I would have not taken notice of them without your previous video. Since these items are hard to find in stock, perhaps a dupe video with similar/budget items?
Thanks for sharing your selections! I got on line at Midnight to snag the Wit and Wisdom Itty Bitty Bootcut jeans. I bought a pair in last year’s sale and had to send them back as they were too long. They were out of Petites in my size by the morning of day one. Happy I snagged those this year at 12:01 am! Also bought the cropped black faux leather puffer vest. Can’t wait to get it!

@@monaka2111 Here's what I do....create a wish list. (it's easy....plus, keeps you organized) Then, toggle on the feature that allows Nordstrom to contact you when an item comes back in stock. As the sale goes on, and items reappear in stock, you are able to snag it. I was skeptical at first but after a few years of trying this, it really works. Seems like they re-stock about halfway through and certainly as people return items, they are able to ship that item from individual stores or fulfillment centers. Truly, this works. Good luck!.

Sad, these wide leg are sold out already. I know you have zero control over any of this, Angie. It's truly hard to watch these videos and not get ANY of the items from Any influencers videos. I've been watching these all week long as they come out. Not one thing is available. Same thing happened last year. And I'm writing this in hopes that Nordstrom sees it. I’m done with Nordstrom pretty much. All the item that I add to my wish list were sold out by the time I wanted to purchase. Nordstrom should do something about it if they want to keep their customers.

They were already sold out from the tier before you. I happened to look at my wish list an hour before I could shop and a lot of items were sold out. I think some will come back when the sale is open to the public. I don’t enjoy the sale anymore.

Oh, sorry about that... I was sure they said 26 on the label, but I see they're listed differently online... I didn't get them in store but I looked at another pair of GA jeans I have and the label says 0/25 so that's my size. 26 would translate into a 2.

Sad, these wide leg are sold out already. I know you have zero control over any of this, Angie. It's truly hard to watch these videos and not get ANY of the items from Any influencers videos. I've been watching these all week long as they come out. Not one thing is available. Same thing happened last year. And I'm writing this in hopes that Nordstrom sees it. You are very unprepared for your sale Nordstrom. I will never shop your store again I'm SO aggravated.
I hear you Maxine & I'm so bummed about how many things are sold out already and I agree, Nordstrom should really stock so much more inventory for the sale. Do you have a Nordstrom near you? There was inventory in store for everything I showed here even though it's all showing as sold out online. They had lots of the wide leg pants in store plus everything else. 💜
I’m done with Nordstrom pretty much. All the item that I add to my wish list were sold out by the time I wanted to purchase. Nordstrom should do something about it if they want to keep their customers.

And to be completely honest, I was not going to post that comment. My finger slipped! 😆 I know I'm not the only frustrated one out here, and I DO hope Nordstrom sees this and works on their inventory for this sale of theirs. I really feel the way it's done just breeds bad feelings in the long run....

Honestly, the thing that I LOVED most is the white top you were wearing in this video! Can you review it at some point - though I know that it is not part of the sale. I'm curious to see what kind of bra you can wear with it is kind of wide open on th top.
That top is linked below the video under "My Outfit"! I have it in both the white and rust colors & love it! It is a very open neckline so I wear a regular bra with a tank/camisole over it.

They were already sold out from the tier before you. I happened to look at my wish list an hour before I could shop and a lot of items were sold out. I think some will come back when the sale is open to the public. I don’t enjoy the sale anymore.

I did, there were a bunch in black in store… can you shop in store or are you online only? if you put it on your wish list and put your settings to notify you when things restock you’ll get a notice when your size in the item comes back in stock!

Oh, sorry about that... I was sure they said 26 on the label, but I see they're listed differently online... I didn't get them in store but I looked at another pair of GA jeans I have and the label says 0/25 so that's my size. 26 would translate into a 2.
