I was wondering if you could make a video on the top half of the swing. I wanted a video on how to help your shoulders move through like a ferris wheel instead of a merry-go-round. Me personally I’ve ended with a flat bat path making the launch angle lower.

I’m 12 but I haven’t played baseball in 7 years I stepped into the box got drilled by a pitch and all my confidence was gone the next time I hit I didn’t swing at a pitch how can I get my confidence back up
