This is a great video, and I plan to go through it with the boys on my team. I was wondering if you could help me with the timing aspect. At what point in the pitcher's delivery should you load and at what point should you stride and get your foot down? I think that's the one missing piece that would be extremely helpful. Thanks Coach!
I wish all my 10u players could learn this simple swing. Too many are out on their front foot and lunging at the ball. I say "weight back, hands back", but maybe I should be saying, "head back".
