Hey everyone welcome back to another video today. I am super excited. We’re taking a look at a super small B+ motorhom that has a huge bathroom in the rear.

I have 3 criteria which I did not think I would ever find in one motor home. 1) Small and convenient. 2) Comfortable bathroom. 3) Washer Dryer. You can never find even two of these in the same coach. To find all three is amazing. This is a home run.

This totally holds its own next to an LTV. Very impressive. Murphy beds are not my thing, but a lot of people like them. Never would have thought I’d see a washer/dryer in a B+!

The interior decor with the white cabinets is beautiful.
Could the Murphy bed be switched out to a good quality sleeper sofa? That would give you an extra foot and a half of living space plus having the window full time.

I also think this would be a better choice, as it would give you a more comfortable seating option too. Coachmen would be wise to make this an option. The Murphy Bed kills it for some people.
I don’t think u would gain quite as much space as u suggest, and that much more space really won’t make a diff, as its plenty now, but u would have access to the ohc too. 🍻
I'd rather have a jackknife sofa and window. Murphy bed is a deal breaker for me

If they would put this floorplan on the all wheel drive transit turbo v6 306hp 400 lb-ft torque chassis it would be awesome.
Wonder what the MPG is on this. Wish the fuel tank was a little larger 24 gallons doesn't seem like you can go to far

This would be my favorite small motorhome if it was on a Ford chassis with higher CCC.

That is a very pretty RV. The washer/dryer was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, a Murphy or folding bed will always be a deal breaker for me.
This coach would be perfect IF they would do something like the Leisure Travel Van MBL in place of that couch. If they had something like that, even an option, I don't think anyone would ever look at another LTV again. Feels so roomy inside and the washer dryer is awesome. Feels very high end with the exception of that bed and couch. If they redid that setup to something a little better, it would be PERFECT!!!
Love it but where do you eat?
There's a lot to like here especially at the sales price but with only 188hp and only 24gal of fuel your trip legs will not be very long especially if you're in any kind of hilly terrain.

Wow! I wanted a Gretch , but this is a big contender and I’m loving the washer dryer combo! The fridge could be bigger for sure! I absolutely love the inside decor!

@@SpykersB no, I don't think so, to be honest...but there are xxl Sofas were one can sleep.
Matt & Will did a Tiffin class B with washer/dryer combo and desk. This is not a first. That being said, I love this unit. And the price is much better than Tiffin.
Great video. What a FANTASTIC motorhome! I was impressed BEFORE the combo washer! Matt was at his most irritating, where you must say what he wants you to say, it must be the heat.
Agree with Matt being especially irritating today - and Matt - please start paying attention to your health. You're going to have a heart attack running around in this 100+ degree heat!
Looks like it competes very well with the Thor Gemini 24TE. I’d like it on the Ford chassis, though.
This RV is wonderful. It would be perfection if it had a detachable table that can be used while sitting on the sofa. I would buy it tomorrow!

I agree with the likes and dislikes. Especially love the washer and dryer combo, best motor home I’ve seen in that spec.
If I could change things around a bit, I'd have that over-the-cab bunk turned into cabinet storage, swap out that couch for reclining theater seats with a table in the middle, ditch the propane generator for diesel that runs off the fuel tank, and see if I could shoehorn in a bigger fridge. That rig is about $10,000 worth of upgrades away from being perfect.
If you got rid of the over-the-cab bunk and put in reclining theater seats, where would you sleep at night??

Love it. I would need to use the area over the cab for more storage. Bigger fridge would be welcome. Love the extending leg rest on the sofa, but add a neck/ head support pillow. The big window with the televator is lovely but you could have some upper cabinets there.
This floorplan is... so cool. Having washer and dryer in it is splendid.
Can the bed be removed and replaced with a better recliner couch?

Beautiful! I see the holes in the sofa arms, but you didn’t show the size of the attachable tables. I assume these tables are an alternate for the dinette.
I don’t like how the Murphy bed hides the windows and cabinets. I feel like you would never use the windows because you end up putting g the bed down when it’s dark. Also putting the bed down when you need to access the cabinet storage would be a pain. I like the big counter on the kitchen.
I love the windows behind the bed, the interior colors are nice and airy. The bathroom is like no other in this size, I am impressed…I might have to go see one in person. The fridge is small, and I am not a fan of the couch or the fact the Mat is still slamming doors and drawers😮. And the price MattsCash is offering I think is wonderful. Thanks Matt and Andrea!❤

Note the roof construction, n all features to compare. Gain a W/D but have to deal with cheesy roof membrane. Sooo give n take. 🍻
I am very impressed with this little RV! Love love the kitchen area and the bathroom is good too. The only thing I would want replaced is the couch. I do not like hard straight backed couches. But that is something that maybe could be replaced. I do agree that there should be a larger refrigerator. Overall, this is a very nice little RV!!

No dislikes for this motor home at all. Perfect.
Pretty cool rv. Toilet paper roll in a weird place. Remove some pantry width, and enlarge fridge. Murphy appearance, nice try with brick wall, still looks a little off. But if you can leave bed made then it would do. The interior is very nice,almost fancy.
I was set on a Class C, but this Coachmen is giving me second thoughts for sure. I love the unscripted hilarity, too.

First mini class c to impress me! great outside storage 👍🏻, big windows, auto levelling, inside decor bright, at least couch has pop out stool👍🏻, bathroom mirror is cool, washer n dryer is a game changer 👍🏻, tv on televator, window over cab 👍🏻 & is electric 👍🏻, solar prep, has gen, wind sensor on awning, azdel!, porcelain toilet, fireplace, instant hwt, clothes closet and a pantry, oven too…yup this checks off a huge list, if i was looking to buy one of these, this would be it.
But wish for a fibre glass roof, hate the cheesy membrane roofs, and not sure about those blinds (?), but day shade is a plus, want option for a 3 way fridge, love love love my dometic 3way cause having choices is superior (it keeps ice cream frozen no problem u 12V only advocates) lol. 🍻
This is the first one me and my wife agree on. Small fridge but, there’s room for a cooler. I’ll be giving general R3 a call.
Awesome rig. We saw this in Ohio store. Shawn was our salesman, he was great. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Just beautiful motorhome. I love the decor and all the amenities like the fireplace, washer/dryer, and large counter. Bathroom is really nice for the small size of this motorhome.
I would have loved it better if it had a jack knife bed, no slide, and a better recliner.

This is a GREAT little unit.
So much to offer on this Mercedes chassis. Decent CCC.
So much storage, I’d sacrifice the solid surface counters, or oven, or porcelain toilet , if I could get solar and a few more pounds CCC.
Great storage outside, great storage outside, great bathroom area.
One BIG QUESTION. Are the sides Azdale? I read specs on line that say it is “laminate “. Anyone know?

I love this unit so much, I can see myself laying in that bed watching TV!! Only dislike is I would like to see a better reclining sofa, and outdoor kitchen instead of TV outdoors. But I really love it!! Absolutely love the combo washer, dryer! 👌👍❤❤❤❤❤❤
Killer kitchen with the 3 -burner stove, residential sink, mirowave and oven, plus extra counter space and storage galore! Where the heck is the table for enjoying the magnificant meals prepared in that awesome kitchen? Is there an aftermarket upgrade option? Way interested!

I would scrap the couch and bed and put in 2 power recliners. More comfortable and I can sleep in it. IMHO this is more of a Travel Trailer no need for a bed. I also agree get rid of the bunk over cab and make the cab and trailer floor level no drop down. Add a laguna table ! You have room in bathroom to expand the shower. If you swap shower and sink location you can bump shower out. Include a free prybar to be able to open the cabinets !

Wasn’t expecting the inside, really amazing. My only hiccup is the radius shower, wish it was a standard. That being said, it looks great!
Hi Matt and and Andrea! My dislikes are the small bunk over the cab, too small of refrigerator, uncomfortable sofa. My likes are the kitchen, storage and the bathroom and the fact it comes with the Rv. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
I Love this Unit, We are searching for something to tour the United States with and this looks like its the one. The only thing i would like to see just for ease of use is auto leveling jacks. Their would be nothing that would stop the purchase of this coach if they had them.

Thank you for showing this gorgeous little rig! It is the perfect size for me as a solo traveler and has everything I need for full time travel. The washer dryer combo is a game changer! Okay, this is the ONLY murphy bed van I'd consider. The OCCC is NOT cool, but that just means less stuff! Fire place, huge counter, faux brick wall, freezer on the bottom, washer dryer, lighted mirror -Bravo!! 👏

The fake brick/subway tile behind the sofa is not great, but the rest of the coach is nice. Love the fireplace and washer dryer combo ❤

This one comes close to pulling the trigger but…Coachmen if you’re listening, ditch the propane and the oven, add induction and a convection microwave, switch furnace to diesel and add lithium, solar, inverter. The rest is beautiful

I would want a bigger over head cab sleeping area and no Murphy bed, just 2 recliners. Other than that it’s the best B+ I’ve seen.
Love this motorhome! Would agree with Andrea about having a bigger fridge. Mattress on Murphy bed looks thin. Not sure about it. Would like one of these!
Just wow, I didn't expect the spacious interior 🤗🤗🤗 the only dislike I have is yes the couch looks uncomfortable , in a way that's a big deal because who wants to be uncomfortable when lounging, but you could always take it out I suppose , I love live this class b and I am looking at the seneca xl 35 maybe have to go see this
Those ALCOA look great, plus believe they save around 70 pounds of weight over the steel rims.
The magnetic drawer latches are one thing that wish Coachmen would replace with easier to open latches - #1 not like
Refrigerator door is dark finish, a matching finish would’ve been better #2 not like
Overhead Bunk access panel does not have hinges and piston to hold in upwards position (our 22 Prism has those) #3 not like
Mercedes Adaptive Cruise, MBUX dash and overall chassis design are excellent, this coupled with mileage makes the Sprinter chassis an excellent option #1 like
Storage (inside and outside) #2 like
Washer Drier Combo #3 like
‘22 Prism FSS owner (bought at General RV in Ashland).
Things we updated in ours: Updated house battery to Lithium, TPMS, replaced rubber stems on tires with metal & in process or replacing dreadful magnetic latches.
Great!!! Ill see about buying it in either 4 years or if I win the Powerball or Mega Million!!! I mean it!! 😂
Nice layout. The only thing missing are the awning style windows... sliding ones are no good when it rains.

Where’s the table? You expect two people to eat on that slide out table? That’s a big miss in my book. Outside of that, it rocks and at a great price point too!

I almost like it.... not a fan of the slid with the murphy bed. replace that with a electric reclining sofa bed. (the sofa back could actually be higher for head support) By doing that you get rid of the pillar behind the driver window blocking bed and the driver could put the seat back if needed. If it wasn't for that slide I would love that unit. Where was the handle for the tank draining ?
Wish that exterior tv was bigger and solar was included (small things) but otherwise this RV is awesome

Ok Matt, I think this is THE one, but I do need to know if swap-outs are possible. I don't want a microwave, or propane anything, and you said it's prepped for solar, so can the range-top and oven be swapped for electric, and propane swapped for extra batteries ? Also, can the Murphy bed be swapped for another option ?

This is perfection! I can’t believe it has an oven AND a washer/dryer. I don’t mind the bunk over cab as I would be putting a 4 and 6 year old in it. I do wish it had a larger fridge.
