so for Helmaroc king they replaced the xylophone with a kazoo, I kind of liked the xylophone better. Molgera was a good remix. and Gannondorf's theme was also a good remix.
I think they did ever so slightly. That or the those drums in the background are deeper. They sound pretty different. Overlapping them in LMMS can spot how different they are and what they changed pretty easily.

Molgera, Protector of the Seal. (Wind Temple) Original is definitely better! Puppet Ganon 1st form (Ganon's Tower) Origonal is better. Puppet Ganon 2nd form (Ganon's Tower) HD is better. Puppet Ganon 3th form (Ganon's Tower) Original is better. Ganondorf (Ganon's Tower) HD is definitely better! I'm pretty split over this, But I mostly prefer Original Wind Waker's themes...

Phantom Ganon was good, but he didn't really feel like a boss. You got to fight him again multiple times, and it felt like you were fighting one of Ganon's guards if they had powers. But fighting Phantom Ganon was still fun.
I think Ganondorf himself was supposed to be more of a 'story' boss, as he is the final boss. It feels more cinematic in my opinion too. However, I do agree that Ganondorf's fight should've been more creative.

The fact that Colgera in TotK is a mix of both Dragon Roost and Molgera's theme is amazing.
