    Unlike other channels which talk abt a lot of unnecessary things, this channel does the otherwise, and clear , easy to understand. This is the Best running channel I have ever encountered .Period.

    How to run without risking an enjury is my concern. I have recently had a meniscus tear and would love to get back to running again

      Try slowing down the pace/mileage and implement strength and special running exercises into your routine!
