Bro, how your channel sits on this amount of followers is unreal to me. You give real insight into running shoes. No feelings, just facts. All those other flashy running shoe channels are so non based. Love the work. Helped me a lot to chose my running shoes!
That's great explanation mate. Last year i was 120 kg. And i was using maximum cushioning and some stability models. But now i m 80 kg. And automatically now i m not bothering the stability models. Now i m moving to little bit faster and responsive models. I haven't used any stability shoes since January. Now i want lighter models with good cushion and responsiveness.
Glad it helps! This one might also be interesting for you, we mention what happens to your VO2Max, when you loose weight: ua-cam.com/video/XJjHSTSMgGI/v-deo.html
@@bofi1280 Bro hands down kayano 30 for max cushion and more comfort and long runs over 15 20 km. Because kayano 31 is essentially the same. You can get the 30 for the discounted price. And if you want a versatile stability shoe then asics gt 2000-12. It has enough cushioning for medium to long runs. And you can pick up the pace as well.
Good afternoon. I'm not a elite runner. For my 65 kgs: Easy run= Asics novablast 4. Daily trainer= Saucony kinvara 14. Race day= Nb fuelcell Rebel v4. Here is my Like. Have a good day.
Great video!. I just found your channel from summaries of each brand lineup - what a great series that is. Who has the time to watch 15 min review of each model. Your review of each one quick and informative - all you need for a start. You deserve way more views sir!

New balance more v5 vs vapourfly 3 or alphafly 3 For best running experience or could you please suggest top 5 best running shoes overall no budget issue
@@RUNFAQ Ok thanks, in that case I think I fall into Swing and Bounce categories. I'm after something that can give me extra comfort since I have plantar fasciitis, do you have any recommendations? Thank you
There are any suggestions For someone that only runs in treadmill, like it needs to have some more cushion or balance, I trained most of time at low paces just 3-4 hours per week, thanks in advance, btw I'm a graphic designer and the visuals are great and understandable
That's great explanation mate. Currently i am 125kg and using Gel Kayano 30 wide for my running and I have 3-4 hours per week for training. Can you suggest me a shoes that suitable with me because based on your videos i should choose stability shoes rather support shoes. i don't think i have over pronation issues or i did not discover it yet since my session is about 3-4 km. Can somebody suggest me suitable shoes or did Gel Kayano 30 wide is enough.
Your current option is safe option. It does not look like you plan to race, so more stability is not an issue. You can try Hoka Bondi, Brooks Glycerin GTS, however not garanteed, that they will be better. (also one comment on your trainings. you said 4km. That means 30minutes. You also said 3 hours per week. 3hours/30minutes means you train 6 times a week. I would recomend you to train 3 times per week, but not less than 1hour each. Your training should be walking-running 50%-50%. You will achieve much better results with such approach)
@@RUNFAQ thanks for the tips. usually after I jog/run for 30min ill do my strength exercise. need to lose weight by reducing sugar intake especially sweet bev. i did go to hoka 1st before asics but bondi 8 is quite expensive. Brooks usually have better option (lot discount) in my country. ill follow your tips for 1hour walking-running and will share the result.
108 kg UA Infinite Pro I wish I have had 90 kg. For last 20y my body is defending 100 kg. Sprain also ..I lose some energy in that degree of freedom. Leaving my foot numb. Shin iced, so overall weight of that leg destroys , frustrates geometry very easy. Feels like arch is down. Or like cuboid inclines calcaneus. Thanks. Nice. Informative.
Any replacement for downshifter 13 , which has better breathe , I’m physically active(bodybuilding) but newbie in running , need it for running and martial arts
I am a bit concerned. Martial arts involve a lot of lateral movements, and running shoes may not provide the necessary support for such activities. Additionally, bodybuilding can result in increased weight and the need for more cushioning in shoes, which can be counterproductive for martial arts where agility and stability are crucial. Therefore, it's essential to find shoes specifically designed for martial arts that offer the right balance of support, flexibility, and stability without excessive cushioning. Cross-training shoes or martial arts-specific footwear may be more suitable for your needs. I am not an expert in them.
I train 4hours plus a week, my weight is65kg, I prefer comfortable pace and Yes I has over pronation leg, which type of shoes suitable for me? Can you recommend from saucony…
i play muay thai for 3-4 hour a day 6 days a week want to start running i have flat foot and body weight is 64kg Foot size:US 12. Please recommend comfortable shoes.
10km or marathon (42km)? marathon: don't do it if you've never run before. 10km: just one shoe and that should be cheap? Puh, the Adidas SL2 has a good reputation as a super uptempo daily trainer (+ is the cheapest of those) but it isn't that good at relaxed paces. Probably the Brooks Ghost Max (1), since it is on sale because #2 launched. It is high stack, but not too soft (for my 90kg) - it may serve you well as your first running shoe. I got one myself ;) The shoe won't break any records, but may be faster than all those super sinky soft recovery run trainers, in which you definately cannot speed up. The Hoka Mach 6 (if it fits you) is also an uptempo daily trainer (like the SL2) but is also better at slower paces. But 160€. A really do it all shoe for everything which is also quite good at everything is the Asics Superblast. Get #1 2nd hand (barely used) for a good money or a new #2 (which is like the #1 220€).

Tricky question. It is a sport. But it depends on you, if you also develop legs strength during it.
