Doctor, please make a video about the cervical vertebrae right behind the neck where I feel a real tightness. It's like an upper trapezius sort of pain. Almost as if my upper trapezius muscles swelled up behind the neck, I love your channel!!!
My question is more regarding my work as piano player + the studying time (many hours seating but not at a desk)....everyday for years!.....My low back can not sustain a good up straight position for long and my general posture is worsening, does not matter how many exercises I make. It will great if you can dedicate a video to that issue. Thanks a lot for your recommendations.
More emphasis on how bad poor posture makes you look would be good I think.maybe like a drill seargent would do it. Good posture can transform you. I have not been successful, but am working on it.
Yes, absolutely. For example here are 2 variations that should be prescribed based on one's x-rays: ua-cam.com/video/WfuSl1ll4iA/v-deo.htmlsi=8GpBmNxIHKhCQUno AND this for cervical kyphosis: ua-cam.com/users/shorts1akLkrEDusY?si=TRJ9tg1DEiPEDWKK
@@drjonsaunders when I do the shorts exercise I cough and can't breathe (cut breath and feel pain in the same place on my trachea ). What is that meaning????

I just started my "no iPad in the bathroom" protocol. It may not eliminate my foreword head posture... but I do feel an improvement.
Good start! 👍
A single thank you isn't enough for this video .

Is there any difference between The exercise of military straight neck and the exercise of kyphosis neck ???
Yes, absolutely. For example here are 2 variations that should be prescribed based on one's x-rays: ua-cam.com/video/WfuSl1ll4iA/v-deo.htmlsi=8GpBmNxIHKhCQUno AND this for cervical kyphosis: ua-cam.com/users/shorts1akLkrEDusY?si=TRJ9tg1DEiPEDWKK

@@drjonsaundersThank you very much for your labors here 🙏
The positions you showed arent helpful if we're on our phone for long periods of time. We revert back to the "bad positions"
The point is to learn these better movements so you don't revert to the old ones. Take care.
The new pandemic just getting started is call it bad posture I'm 60 and know what it feels when young nothing botter our body but time will catch up
Indeed, I hope you find my videos helpful. :)
Actually, phones and computers are going away they will be integrated into the body
Likely true, but in the meantime... :)
