- How to correct poor posture? Well, first, we don't move enough, we sit for too long (TV, PC, Cell Phones, Tablets), and we are lazy when it comes to maintaining our posture. So we need to address all of these if you want to fix or correct your bad posture.
In this video, Dr. Jon Saunders will give you 3 posture fix movements that can be done in less than 5 minutes. Use this posture fix routine to break up your day and help you feel, function, and heal better.
Be sure to follow along with Dr. Jon as he describes what you should be doing and feeling in each of the posture exercises. Once you learn the movements, you can do this posture fix routine in less than 5 minutes! Do it twice daily for best results!

One thing I noticed after seeing a selfie on my Snapchat memories that was taken 5 years ago, is my neck was long and my adams apple was visible, which wasn’t the case anymore.. However after 4 days of following various posture videos and staying consistent (Yes I know I still have a long way to go) I’m starting to see my neck and adams apple come back to natural form. AND my jawline is looking more toned without me even jaw training

The burn! I was able to hold up to 40 seconds for the second and third exercises and could feel a little shake sometimes. I also feel taller now lol.. Thanks Dr.Jon, I’m so thankful, I believe working on these exercises I’d have a healthy spine and beautiful posture.

Can i practice this excersis, while having C5-C6 herination? I do have mild kyphosis.

It's easy to drive your pelvis to the wall if you arch your back. I think you've missed pointing out that detail.

What did you use instead of a pool noodle. My pool noodle compresses to almost nothing.

Hello, thanks for the helpful videos! I wonder if most of the exercises will suitable for children? since the young kids using 3C products early on, and I am worried about their spine health. Thank you very much.
Yes they should be fine for kids if there are no underlying spinal conditions...to be sure, ask your doctor.
What do you think of dennerolls? Do you think traction is needed for severe posture issues? I heard you mention the term “mirroring”, which is a term used with the above.
They are fantastic and the only "device" that has clinical research backing their use.
Appreciate this! I have been hitting the titanic pool noodle stretch (10 sec on / 10 sec off) but I wonder if it would be just as effective to do it on a bench?
Maybe, but standing will activate the muscles better.

Hi! I would like some good advice for a modified/a bit easier version for my 72 year old mom.
Just start slow and choose one exercise...build slowly up over a period of time...hope this helps!

Is yoga a substitute for doing exercises to correct posture?
Some yoga poses are excellent and some not so much - you have to find a good teacher.
Would this work if I have scoliosis?
Yes, for mild to moderate cases it should be OK, but always check with your doctor. :)
How many days will it take to fix the posture
That depends on a lot of factors - how bad the posture is to begin with, the age of the person, structural problems, arthritis, etc...too many factors to take in without doing an exam....nonetheless keep working at it and it can improve significantly...all the best!
Is it harmful to do exercises on one's knees ( on the floor) if both knees have been replaced?
Not if you can tolerate it - a yoga matt may help you here. Best wishes.

I looked on Amazon -can't find short pool noodle.They're very long.
They are easy to cut...or just find a firm pillow to use...all the best!
