The Tenpoint Nitro 505 is a home run !
Amazingly fast, accurate, long draw, reverse draw technology by Scorpyd sold to Ten Point. They've made a few changes to it to make it even a little quicker than the Scorpyd. It all comes with a huge price tag though
This crossbow is designed by TenPoint. Yes, they acquired reverse-draw technology when they bought Horton like 15 years ago, but this is all new technology on the crossbow build.
@@DDHONLINE And Horten paid Scorpyd (Bill Kempf- The inventor and owner of the patent of reverse draw technology) for the rights to produce reverse draw crossbows. All reverse draw crossbows are made after 1st paying Scorpyd the right to do so. Scorpyd offers the Ten Point Accudraw under license from Ten Point. They share technology for a price just like any other industry

@@frankbrowning328 Yep -- literally dozens, if not hundreds of similar examples throughout the outdoors industry (and any industry when you think about it).
They make great bows but when you have a problem they wont get back with you. I bought a stealth I broke 3 strings an 2 sets of cables. The plastic nocks would not hold with that much power. They would break and the bow would dry fire.They new it was a problem because they come out with a metal nock. I have never had a another problem. I called an text around 10 times an they would not get back with me.I had to pay for the problem that should had been taken care of before the bow was sold.
At 22 yards, the deer could not get out of the way!
It isn’t all about long range. Realistic archery range is a factor & more than many give credit. Speed does matter. With speeds of 300-340 FPS, don’t assume that jumping the string can’t be a factor that alters point of impact.
I hate ten point nocks. Just saying hope they got rid of that at

That IS a light arrow!!!!!!!!! I shoot more than that at 60lbs with my vertical bow.. Without trying! I can hear the exploding limbs already.
I shoot an older one, well it's a 2018 model and I forgot to register the warranty and it's limbs blowed up on me this year.
Rep said 340 buck's and we'll ship you the limbs to your bow shop, of course plus shipping and labor from the bow shop plus a new string, wouldn't even look up the serial number and see i wasn't lying about purchase date.
Going back to compound archery hunting. Probably get a PSE NXT Drive and doll it up with some top notch components and still be under 1,100
