The classic Quranic dilemma. The Quran points to the authenticity of the Bible to bolster its own credibility as revelation. So if the Bible is true, then the Bible says the Quran is false. Or if the Bible is false, then what the Quran says about the Bible being authentic is false. Either way, it doesn't work out for the Quran.

Yeah that is the biggest flaw with Muslim teaching. Yes, they claim "well he didn't mean the modern Bible, its been corrupted" but as Wes notes, the modern Bible is a translation of the same texts that the Bible that was around in Muhammad's time. Its the same Bible. The problem for Islam is that Muhammad had a theory about God. He thought that God revealed His truth to each group individually in their own way: Torah and Tanakh to Jews; Gospel to Christians; Quran to Arabs. He honestly believed that there was no contradiction or disagreement in them, that each should stick to their own word. Then when after Muhammad died, the Muslims found out that the Bible did NOT agree with what the Quran claimed, that there were blatant contradictions and disagreements, they were a bit challenged: how to handle this? They had just a few choices: 1) Ignore it 2) Realize the Quran is wrong 3) Pretend the Bible had changed. They chose option 3.
No, the Qurans says that the bible was already corrupted by the time of Muhammad (Peace and Bleassings be upon him). So even if the bible of this time is identical to the bible nowadays, it means nothing. Furthermore, the quran says, that it is for all mankind, not just for arabs. In fact, muslims belief, that the quran is the only revelation for all mankind. And every other revelation was meant for a special group. So, in the nutshell, you have a colorsful imagination about Islam. But it is not based on facts but based on what sounds like a cool story. That is exactly the same attitude which leaded to the corruption of the bible and btw to all kinds of conspiracy theories. I wish you the best and guidance.
@@Rebar-d5z That is not what the Quran says. The Quran never says that the Bible is corrupted, it says its God's incorruptible word. The Hadiths -- written after Muhammad died -- are the ones that claim the Bible was corrupted.

Greatly appreciate the logical strand of texts that you follow in guiding your conclusion. Would you consider creating a similar video to outline the erroneous arguments from the Latter Day Saints regarding the Bible’s “corruption” or missing documents? God bless you as you carry out a valuable work!
Well, first of all, I apologize. My English is not very good, so you might find some mistakes in my writing. But please read the full comment if you want the debunking of this video. 1. Arabic is a very difficult language to translate, so unfortunately, you can't fully understand the meaning of the Quran from a translation alone. You need to research the ayat to grasp its complete meaning, which is an issue for non-Arabic speakers. 2. There is an indication in the Quran of substantial corruption of the Torah and the Gospel, which is found in 57:16: “Has the time not yet come for the believers' hearts to be humbled at the remembrance of Allah and what has been revealed of the truth, and not to be like those who were given the Scripture before-those who were spoiled for so long that their hearts became hardened? And many of them are still rebellious.” "Those" in this ayat refers to the Jews and Christians, and "scripture" refers to the Torah and the Gospel. 3. The Gospel was first written in Aramaic, then translated to Greek, and later to Latin. So just as the Quran may be misunderstood in translation, the same applies to the Gospel. The Bible you are reading today is essentially a copy of a copy, so it may have been mistranslated, which could lead to inaccuracies compared to the original Gospel. However, unlike the Gospel, the Quran was originally written in Arabic. 4. In 29:46-47 of the Quran, there are two types of "arguing" in Arabic: False arguing (which means, "I have an opinion, and you have one, but I want to prove mine is the correct one by manipulating your words and sabotaging your argument so you can’t defend yourself"). Right, true arguing (which means, "I hear your opinion, and you hear mine, to discover the true truth"). Allah instructs to argue (right-true) with the Jews and Christians without forcing your opinion and manipulating their words against them. Do not argue with those who have fought you, hurt you, and tried to force their religion on you. Say, “We believe in the Quran and in your scripture (the one that hasn’t been corrupted). Our God and your God is one, and that is Allah, not Jesus, the Father, or the Holy Spirit. To Him, we submit.” “We” refers to Muslims, Christians, and Jews. “Submit” means we are under His mercy. Similarly, "to earlier messengers," We have revealed to you a Book, O Prophet. The faithful among those to whom We gave the Scriptures believe in it, as do some of these pagan Arabs. And none denies Our revelations except the stubborn disbelievers. 5. In 10:94, when Allah says, “If you, O Prophet, are in doubt about these stories that We have revealed to you, then ask those who read the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of those who doubt.” In this ayat, “then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you” is a stylistic exaggeration that you need to understand in the context of the Arabic Quran. 6. In 6:115 of the Quran, “None can alter God's words,” refers to the Quran and not the Torah and the Gospel. 7. In 5:46-47 of the Quran, Allah sent the complete, uncorrupted Gospel to Jesus, which says that Muhammad (SAW) and the Quran will appear, and people should follow him. Those who reject it are the disobedient. 8. In 5:68 of the Quran, Allah states, “Say, O Prophet, 'O People of the Book! You have nothing to stand on unless you observe the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to you from your Lord.' And your Lord’s revelation to you, O Prophet, will only cause many of them to increase in wickedness and disbelief. So do not grieve for the people who disbelieve.” The Torah and the Gospel in this ayat refer to the uncorrupted scriptures that Allah sent. Despite knowing the truth, many will reject it.
@blackbanana8366If the Gospel and Torah were corrupted by man than that means sinful man changed God's words of revelations. So God couldn't protect the Original Scriptures from corruption but He is able to protect the Quran from corruption? This doesn't make any sense. God can protest the last revelation but not his prior revelations? How can this be the Almighty then? Islam and Muslims do have a dilemma thank by saying and believing this ridiculous point which makes no sense. You're just assuming that the Original Scriptures are corrupted with no proof 😂lol. Islam is for fools who fail for the lie....
@blackbanana8366, don’t you think if point 1&3 are correct then Allah made a mistake, why have a revelation that only a small group can understand, it makes the revelation redundant as the people it is for can not assess it. For point 3 to be right Can you provide a reference to an original Aramaic manuscript for the 1st four books of the New Testament, because at the moment you presupposing that they were without any evidence.
@@87asquared Point 1: Arabic is very difficult to understand for several reasons. It has very complex grammar rules, including 12 pronouns, and each pronoun changes the verb following it dramatically. Additionally, Arabic has four diacritical marks for each letter in a word, and these marks can completely change the meaning of the word. The reason for this complexity is to preserve the meaning of the ayat (verses), ensuring they have one clear and unalterable interpretation. So, how can non-Arabic speakers understand the revelation if Arabic is so difficult? Back in the Umayyad and Abbasid Caliphates, Arabs translated the Quran for Persians, Turks, Kurds, and Indo-Europeans. Scholars and sheikhs would explain the ayat to them. But what about those who never heard about Islam or got a wrong idea about it? Such individuals are judged by the basic principles of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism , such as no stealing, killing, or committing adultery, ect What about modern times? Today, you can find hundreds of videos explaining Islam and thousands of people interpreting the ayat. However, it is important not to rely on just one person’s explanation. Always listen to multiple perspectives to gain a better understanding. Point 3: The holy books were sent in the language of the people to whom they were revealed so they could understand them. The Quran was sent to the Arabs, who spoke Arabic, so it was revealed in Arabic. The Torah was sent to the Israelites, so it was revealed in Hebrew. Prophet Jesus and his people spoke Aramaic, so logically, the Gospel was revealed in Aramaic (what we have today is the Greek copy).

@@wesleyfarewell2394 1. Confirmation of Original Revelation: Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:48) says: "And We have sent down to you the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it..." The Quran explicitly claims to be a "criterion" (muhaymin), which means it serves as a judge over previous scriptures. This implies it acknowledges the original truth but also corrects distortions. 2. Recognition of Corruption: In Surah Al-Baqarah (2:75), Allah says: "A party of them used to hear the words of Allah and then distort it after they had understood it..." Similarly, Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:13) states: "...they altered the words from their places and have forgotten a portion of that of which they were reminded." These verses establish that human tampering affected the earlier scriptures, which makes it unlikely that the Quran is affirming the modern texts as they are. 3. Focus on Guidance and Essence, Not Textual Integrity: Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:44) states: "Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light..." The Quran acknowledges the Torah's original role as a source of guidance. However, it consistently critiques the misuse and alteration of divine words by those who failed to preserve its integrity (e.g., Surah Al-Baqarah 2:79: "Woe to those who write the Scripture with their own hands and then say, 'This is from Allah.'”). Rebuttal to the Opposing Argument (Claiming the Quran Confirms the Modern Books): The claim that the Quran confirms the books "as they are today" overlooks the Quran's repeated criticisms of distortions. For example, if the Quran unconditionally confirmed these texts, it would contradict verses like Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:13), which highlight corruption. Even when the Quran refers to Jews and Christians judging by their scriptures (e.g., Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:43), it emphasizes their failure to act on divine guidance, not the perfection of their current texts.

debunked so many times. yet still come out. Yes, we Muslims believe that the injeel and taurat are the revelations sent to the prophets Jesus and Moses. and what Christian has now? a letter from a guy named Paul who was sent to the other guy and then used as the source to create a compilation book named bible. by so many authorities like King James and other scholars, it's compiled again. it's been many variants and changes. many verses is put inside, such as 1 John 5:7-8 (later found to be fabricated) check bart erman, yet we believe in the quran the revelation of god is one message.
You keep saying it was changed by people after they understood it but why can’t you prove it? Why don’t these supposed changes appear anywhere? Why are all the manuscripts portraying the exact same information when you claim they aren’t and changed?

Chapter 2 1 When you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. 2 And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. 3 Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal. 4 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 5 No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. 6 Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Chapter 3 1 I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 2 My teaching is not mine, but His who sent me. 3 I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of Him who sent me. 4 The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel. Chapter 4 1 Whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. 2 Why do you break the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition? 3 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness. 4 Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted. Chapter 5 1 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations. 2 The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. 3 For the Son of Man is going to come with His angels in the glory of His Father, and then He will repay each person according to what he has done. 4 This is eternal life, that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
When the quran says what was revealed to you, it does not mean what you think was revealed to you, so you should ask this question what does the quran think was revealed to us.
Bingo exactly 💯 Simple refutation of your video in 2 ways: According to one opoinion of the mufassiruun: This verse is mansukh (abrogated) in that case your video would have no relevance. Second opinion (preferred by the authoritative figure in Quranic Exegesis:Ibn Jarir at-tabari)(Tafseer At-tabari) is that when Allah says "and say we believe in that which was revealed to us and that which was revealed to you" 'the reveled to you' part of the verse can only refer to the injeel which was revealed to Prophet isa(Jesus) and the Torah revealed to Moses. As you know very well, the islamic tradition argues strongly that The Christians and the Jews do not have the original revelations (Torah,Injeel:bible) from God, so on that basis your video would be wrong as you are referring to the man made fairytale Heretical abominable Books you believe in today and you wrongly believe are revelation of god. Furthermore certain narrations came down regarding this verse that state if a person of the book narrates to you from "their bible and Torah"(not revealed by god and aren't divine) and you are unable to work out the truth and falsehood of it then say whats mentioned in the verse (and say we believe in that which was revealed to us and revealed to you) obviously referring to the correct, divine, prestine original revelations of god ie; the Injeel (bible) and Torah) Tbh Wes didn't expect you to air a video with such a weak and easily disprovable argument. Try again! 😁✌️
Muslims don't realize the implications of saying the Bible is from God and yet is corrupted, and the Quran itself contradicts that belief by saying 6:115 'And the word of your Lord has been accomplished truly and justly; there is none who can change His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.' Every page of the Quran is problematic.
I guess you don’t understand what you just said but just so you know. Quran is the words of god and is not corrupted so it is still words of god. Bible was sent by god but got corrupted by humans so its not longer the words of god. Quran was sent the last and was promised to not get corrupted (proven not to get corrupted until now). That’s all. Im so baffled by how easy it is to understand yet a lot are commenting about it as if its crazy.
@@tasneembadawi746 "Quran is the words of god" right "and is not corrupted" with you so far "Bible was sent by god" yup, it is also the words of god "but got corrupted by humans" This couldn't have happened, because *there is none who can change His words*, according to the Quran. "so its not longer the words of god" This is not supposed to be possible, according to the Quran. "Quran was sent the last" Right, after all the other warners sent to every nation. Islam has been all over the world and never found a single nation that received a warner. Another blatanlty false claim from Mohammad. "and was promised to not get corrupted" The Quran and the Bible would both be *His words* , so the promise applies to both of them. "(proven not to get corrupted until now)" The Quran is hilariously corruped, and the entire claim that it's perfectly preserved is modern propaganda that no Islamic scholar believed even 100 years ago. The Satanic verses prove it was corrupt in Mohammad's time, Aisha's goat ate a verse, verses were lost because reciters died in battle, and Uthman among others had to destroy many variants of the Quran. The entire system of qirat was made up by Mohammad on the spot when a companion complained that someone had a different recitation. We have multiple different versions, Hufs, Warsh, etc. And the Hufs version is the most popular, and he's notorioius for being a horrendously unreliable narrator.
@tasneembadawi746 who says the Bible is corrupted? You and your muslim friends just because your ridiculous book doesn't line up with it? What makes your prophet to be a messenger of God? He did no miracles like the prophets before him and he is ridiculously ignorant of the scriptures. And all you get is well since his teaches go massively against what is already written, that whatever is written beforehand must be corrupt. It's absolute lunacy. What makes your prophet different from someone like David Koresh who was a cult leader who claimed to be the final prophet and was claiming to have revelations from God and also SA minors? Sounds a lot like your prophet, and by your logic, since his teachings went against scripture and probably your book, then everything beforehand must be corrupted. How convenient! Only difference is his cult laid to waste with him, which is what should have happened to i$lam.
😂😂😂 lol, upon all your research, you failed to understand what tohra and injeel means in islam. The closes and simplest analogy is, " If a Muslim claiming Hadith is the quran", we will all agreed this is a blatant lie. Same goes to injeel and bible. View injeel as quran and bible as the Hadith and you will get the perfect understanding of our view. We Muslim keeps enlightened you on several occasions that what you have now isn't the tohra and injeel but someone book who claimed to have gotten information about jesus from an eye witness. So bible is not a word of God but a biography of jesus and biography of jesus is not injeel. If you can't understand this, then your mind is glue to your view.

They placed a cushion for the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) who sat on it and said: Bring the Torah. It was then brought. Great summary. I feel you should have included 5:48 for clarification for doubting Muslims. The Quran is described as a "defender" of the previous scriptures, yet Muslims have twisted the meaning to be "supreme authority" over it. This clarification is necessary to shut down Muslims objections to your exegesis of the passage, as they will accuse you of not including it out of fear that their interpretation shuts down your position. I greatly appreciate you and your work. God Bless you.
This lie, that Yahweh and Allah are one and the same is pervasive. I once heard my pastor tell this lie in casual conversation with another. That was shortly before I left that church (ELCA) for a more conservative church (LCMC). However, there as well I was confronted with the lie in a small study group. They were shocked when I pushed back. I told the senior pastor about this heresy in his church, but I never heard him dispel this belief in a sermon, during the rest of my time there. I believe that this is rampant in our churches and it is imperative to correct this.
Have you ever read an Arabic bible? Some Arabic Bibles have God written as اللهُ (Allah) and others have God written as الاله (Al-Ilah). Both "Allah" and "Al Ilah" are the same word and were used interchangeably 1500 years ago. "Al Ilah" being the original and "Allah" being the contraction. There exist pre-Islamic Christian graffiti on stones that prove Arabian Christians were calling God "Allah" and "Al Ilah" before the advent of Muhammad and the Quran.

@@Shahvez-jr1nnThe evidence is in reading the actual book instead of being lazy. As someone who has read the Quran, Bible and the Torah, I can offer some more insight… Muhammad initially preached and wrote about peace and tolerance when islam was a minority and he was residing in Mecca. He migrated to Medina (a city built by the jews) and he gained a lot more influence and the latter verses became more hostile and violent. Which is why Chapter 9 is regarded as one of the most vile and violent chapter in any holy book (chapter 9 was written while he was in Medina) In Quranic interpretation, there is something called nasikh-mansukh and according to that, these verses revealed in Medina should have replaced the verses previously revealed in Месса, however, the verses written in Mecca were kept.
Not sure how much credence I can give to the words and writings of a mere human even if he is an apostle! The Torah wasn't written by an 'inpired' human nor was the Quran. That is the fundamental problem with the New Testament. They are the words of man!

The Quran implied the Torah and the new testament are intact mostly, you will not worship Jesus if you read them carefully, you can't reach the church conclusion and deviation. If you follow the Bible you will be good. The Quran says the majority will not follow and it's true. The corruption and the changes happened to those books, it's not only our claim, but you can find that yourself, Bible scholars agree with that. When the Quran tells Mohammed and his followers to ask the people of the book is after telling a story about prophets that the Arabs don't know about and it's mentioned in the Bible, like sura 10:94 was mentioned was about Moses the verses before.

This exact argument has been used and debunked a 1000 times. The quran refers to the Injeel (The text carried by Jesus peace be upon him) not the bible (Which was written after his departure)
It refers to the injeel which was preserved and written still during the time of Muhammad. So how does that change anything? “People of the book”, the book, the injeel that was written down. Even if it was given to Jesus before he departed, it was in writing, and Muhammad was told to refer to this text, by asking the “people of the book”. So the book existed for hundreds of years after Jesus until Muhammad. We have record of it.

Wes i pray you see this msg. What Bout all the evil chapters and verses in the quran, surely god would not ask anyone to kill in his name? Also if mohammed was illiterate then isnt that leaving alot of room for mans corruption in writing what they want to to fit their evil ways, as mohammed would not have been able to read what they wrote ? I would like to tell you about my own experience with god. I had an NDE via DMT, i left my body and was offered the light and heard gods voice. God said to me trevor WE LOVE YOU, COME IN. For me i didnt quite understand the WE LOVE YOU part. I have since realised WE be the holy trinity. I didnt go into heaven despite the amount of unconditional love and acceptance i felt simply because i could not leave my children without a father and so returned to my body and then found i had the strength to escape my 1l of whisky a day addiction. You have to be saved, before always being saved. According to Jesus, none are yet saved, or ascended. Once you actually are saved, not the metaphor of being saved, you can lose your salvation just as Satan, when he rebelled in heaven. Once saved, better stay saved, and as long as you are a mortal, not yet saved. Mt. 10:23,24:13 Jesus had to say it twice, to expose fools who run around claiming to be saved.

Manuscript evidence shows that the text hasn't been altered and the message remains 100% uncorrupted from the original bible. Now why don't you Muslims compare the quran you have today to the one uthman burned that even the reciters couldn't agree on.
The Quran mentions Adam, Joseph, Moses, Miriam, king David, Jonah, "Jesus", John the Baptizer, and maybe others. ( Clearly the Quran had a limit of how much of the Bible it knew OR thought was worth mentioning.)

I was confronted by this issue in the 90’s when I was still ‘seeking’. What really got me was the doctrine that Muhammad was sent to basically ‘set the record straight’ from the corruption of the Christians and Jews. If God truly knows the beginning from the end, then he kind of messed up with Jesus, if Muhammad was right. So, God doesn’t know the beginning from the end after all? He basically made a mistake with Jesus? This argument made me reject Islam once and for all.
Even if the Torah and Gospel were corrupted, remnants of truth would still exist within them. Calling the People of the Book to judge by their scriptures does not require the texts to be entirely intact, only that they contain sufficient guidance for their context. Surah 5:66: "If only they had upheld the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to them from their Lord, they would have consumed provision from above them and beneath their feet."
But the problem with this is, Allah doesn't separate what is corrupted from what isn't. If some parts are corrupted and Allah wants the Christians to read the uncorrupted parts, wouldn't he spell out the uncorrupted parts when he tells them to read their books?
@@Daland21648 The Qur'an is recording what Allah is saying to the Jews and Christians of Muhammad's time. It means that by the time this is happening, the Qur'an hasn't even been completed. The event must've happened before it could be recorded. So at the time Allah is asking the Christians to refer to the Torah and injeel, there's no completed Qur'an. And in those verses where Allah tells Christians to refer to the Torah and injeel they have. Allah seems to assume that the Jews and Christians HAVE this Torah and injeel, and Allah doesn't tell them it's corrupted or which parts are corrupted. You guys claim that the Torah and injeel we have today are not the New Testament and the Old Testament of the Jews and Christians in Muhammad's time, yet all the manuscript records say that what we have today is identical to what they had.

Funny how Christians debate the Quran in English-I can guarantee most don’t speak Arabic or have a deep understanding of its context. As for the Bible, the question is, “Which Bible exactly?” With countless translations (King James, NIV, Catholic Bible, etc.) and varying canons across denominations, the debate gets even murkier. Agree on one Bible first, then maybe engage with actual Muslim scholars who have also studied Christianity. Otherwise, it’s not a serious discussion.
so you’re telling me while you type this in english that the Arabic translation/ translators will be the only one sufficient to defend the quran because other languages can’t? is it because the english version or any other version other than the arabic one is wrong???
2:25… Islam total accepts the possibility of God lying. The Quran says “Allah is the best of deceivers” Abu Bakr said “if I had one foot in paradise I would still fear the deception of Allah”
Hi, Muslim here lol. I would’ve appreciated if you would have given verses from the gospel and then stated that the gospel doesn’t align with the Quran. You didn’t do that though. I’m not sure what is wrong with saying the Torah and gospel is correct? If Christians can agree the Torah Jews follow is true, why is the Quran saying the same such a terrible thing? Abraham lived before Jesus, and never spoke of Jesus BUT did speak of following ONE God. Will you say Abraham was wrong then?
Hi, Christian here. There is nothing wrong with the Quran saying the Gospel and Torah is true, but if that's the case, then Jesus's life, crucifiction and resurrection (Which is the essence of the Gospel - which translates to 'good news') stands opposed to what the Quran states. Both cannot be true. The Gospel accounts can be found in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Cool bring this argument to Sheikh Uthman and let's get a debate going. If this is the level of argumentation against the Quran, you will get wasted i'm afraid.
I’m sorry this made me laugh uncontrollably! Uthman has been humbled like a child and bbq’d on a stick with GodLogic and Shammoun amongst others! Only Yeshua- Jesus Christ , The Lord of Lords and the King of Kings Will save you and revive you from a dead man Into a living one! Our creator loves us so much that he came into his own creation. For he took on human form, for he clothed humanity, for the living, eternal word of God became flesh, for Jesus Christ is the physical image of the invisible God. Jesus Christ is God in all his fullness revealed in the flesh. Allah is a limited God who is separate from his creation and cannot enter it. The Quran calls on all Muslims to affirm all previous scriptures sent by Allah. Therefore we confirm them. The Quran also says that previous scriptures have been altered . Furthermore the Final Testement (Quran) is the Overseer of all previous scriptures, and cannot be corrupted; hence It becomes the Standard. So woe to those who distort the Scripture with their own hands then say, “This is from Allah”-seeking a fleeting gain! So woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to them for what they have earned. Quran 2 :79

The New Testament isn't the Bible like the Old Testament is nor the Quran. The New Testatment are the words and writings of men (as Christians readily admit) who tell us that they were 'inspired' by God. If we were talking in the academic History field then the New Testament would be called secondary evidence and not primary evidence. That's the fundamental problem for Jews and Muslims regarding the New Testament!

Going back to my public school and college academic experience taking world history courses (almost 20 years ago for high school), Islamic interpretations on history were kind of accepted without the standard push back.
Example:
We had a chapter on Judaism followed by a chapter on Islam (accepting the Ishmaelite heritage) after discussing Sumerian/Mesopotamian cultures.
We didn't get to the Christianity chapter until we entered the Greco-Roman period chapters.
It's like accepting the LDS/Mormon view on Native American history. Then going into the actual land bridge story later.
Edit: The Islamic history section should have coincided with the late Rome Byzantine section or early middle ages section.

Don't even know your own bible. You Christians are priceless.
They had just a few choices:
1) Ignore it
2) Realize the Quran is wrong
3) Pretend the Bible had changed.
@ 6:91) they measure not the power of Allah its true measure when they say: Allah hath naught revealed unto a human being. Say: Allah. Then leave them to their play of cavilling.
(3:78)indeed, of them is a group who twist their tongues with the Scripture, that you may think it from the Scripture while it is not from the Scripture. And they say, “It is from Allah,” while it is not from Allah. And they tell lies against Allah, though they know.
(2:79)So woe to those who scribe the Scripture with their own hands and then say, “This is from Allah,” that they may purchase, in exchange for it, a small price. Woe to them on account of what their hands have written, and woe to them on account of what they earn

1.
Arabic is a very difficult language to translate, so unfortunately, you can't fully understand the meaning of the Quran from a translation alone. You need to research the ayat to grasp its complete meaning, which is an issue for non-Arabic speakers.
2.
There is an indication in the Quran of substantial corruption of the Torah and the Gospel, which is found in 57:16:
“Has the time not yet come for the believers' hearts to be humbled at the remembrance of Allah and what has been revealed of the truth, and not to be like those who were given the Scripture before-those who were spoiled for so long that their hearts became hardened? And many of them are still rebellious.”
"Those" in this ayat refers to the Jews and Christians, and "scripture" refers to the Torah and the Gospel.
4.
In 29:46-47 of the Quran, there are two types of "arguing" in Arabic:
False arguing (which means, "I have an opinion, and you have one, but I want to prove mine is the correct one by manipulating your words and sabotaging your argument so you can’t defend yourself").
To Him, we submit.”
“We” refers to Muslims, Christians, and Jews.
5.
In 10:94, when Allah says,
“If you, O Prophet, are in doubt about these stories that We have revealed to you, then ask those who read the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of those who doubt.”
In this ayat, “then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you” is a stylistic exaggeration that you need to understand in the context of the Arabic Quran.
6.
In 6:115 of the Quran,
“None can alter God's words,”
refers to the Quran and not the Torah and the Gospel.
7.
In 5:46-47 of the Quran,
Allah sent the complete, uncorrupted Gospel to Jesus, which says that Muhammad (SAW) and the Quran will appear, and people should follow him. Those who reject it are the disobedient.
8.
In 5:68 of the Quran, Allah states,
“Say, O Prophet, 'O People of the Book! You have nothing to stand on unless you observe the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to you from your Lord.' And your Lord’s revelation to you, O Prophet, will only cause many of them to increase in wickedness and disbelief. So do not grieve for the people who disbelieve.”
The Torah and the Gospel in this ayat refer to the uncorrupted scriptures that Allah sent.
@@87asquared Point 1:
Arabic is very difficult to understand for several reasons.
Such individuals are judged by the basic principles of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism , such as no stealing, killing, or committing adultery, ect
What about modern times?
Today, you can find hundreds of videos explaining Islam and thousands of people interpreting the ayat. However, it is important not to rely on just one person’s explanation. Always listen to multiple perspectives to gain a better understanding.
Point 3:
The holy books were sent in the language of the people to whom they were revealed so they could understand them.
It is mind disturbing that the muslim acknowlege that it is Jesus Christ who has the power to judge the living and the death and yet they choose to fallow mohammed who is waiting in the sleep of the dead to be judged by whom?!? ....By Jesus Christ our Lord...
Stop spreading lies and false rumours. Jesus judges people when he comes back, but that is a thing of a king. The real judgement on judgement day comes only from God.
Also you worship a human, so you are a polytheist.
no muslim will say jesus has ''the power to judge the living and the dead''. This can be done by only God, who we worship. Muhammad is just a human being who was sent to guide mankind to that God,no more or less than that, as so was Jesus also sent, and Moses and all the previous prophets, their is no distinction between them.

Rebuttal to the Opposing Argument (Claiming the Quran Confirms the Modern Books):
The claim that the Quran confirms the books "as they are today" overlooks the Quran's repeated criticisms of distortions.

Furthermore certain narrations came down regarding this verse that state if a person of the book narrates to you from "their bible and Torah"(not revealed by god and aren't divine) and you are unable to work out the truth and falsehood of it then say whats mentioned in the verse (and say we believe in that which was revealed to us and revealed to you) obviously referring to the correct, divine, prestine original revelations of god ie; the Injeel (bible) and Torah)
Tbh Wes didn't expect you to air a video with such a weak and easily disprovable argument. Try again! 😁✌️

Muslims don't realize the implications of saying the Bible is from God and yet is corrupted, and the Quran itself contradicts that belief by saying 6:115 'And the word of your Lord has been accomplished truly and justly; there is none who can change His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.'
Every page of the Quran is problematic.
@@tasneembadawi746
"Quran is the words of god" right
"and is not corrupted" with you so far
"Bible was sent by god" yup, it is also the words of god
"but got corrupted by humans"
This couldn't have happened, because *there is none who can change His words*, according to the Quran.
"so its not longer the words of god"
This is not supposed to be possible, according to the Quran.
"Quran was sent the last"
Right, after all the other warners sent to every nation. Islam has been all over the world and never found a single nation that received a warner. Another blatanlty false claim from Mohammad.
"and was promised to not get corrupted"
The Quran and the Bible would both be *His words* , so the promise applies to both of them.
"(proven not to get corrupted until now)"
The Quran is hilariously corruped, and the entire claim that it's perfectly preserved is modern propaganda that no Islamic scholar believed even 100 years ago.
@tasneembadawi746
who says the Bible is corrupted?

_Narrated Abdullah Ibn Umar:_
_A group of Jews came and invited the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) to Quff. So he visited them in their school._
_They said: Abul Qasim, one of our men has committed fornication with a woman; so pronounce judgment upon them. They placed a cushion for the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) who sat on it and said: Bring the Torah. It was then brought. He then withdrew the cushion from beneath him and placed the Torah on it saying: I believed in thee and in Him Who revealed thee._
What did Mohammad place on the cushion?
Because we have the Torah from that time and that region, and it's identical to the one we have today.
@@JUSLOFI Calling that demonic entity God does not make it God. Obviously expressions made before Muhammed was convinced by his wife that the apparation of Satan was God don't refer to the Muslim Allah. The Musilm Allah is Lucifer himself.

The issue is that Muhamad changed what the Quran says halfway through as his own opinions changed.
You have no idea how the Qur’an is revealed
Where'd you hear that?

You have proof of that?
It's hilarious how Muslims get upset so easily and turn to violence then claim to be following a peaceful religion, isn't it?
@@Shahvez-jr1nnThe evidence is in reading the actual book instead of being lazy. As someone who has read the Quran, Bible and the Torah, I can offer some more insight… Muhammad initially preached and wrote about peace and tolerance when islam was a minority and he was residing in Mecca. He migrated to Medina (a city built by the jews) and he gained a lot more influence and the latter verses became more hostile and violent. Which is why Chapter 9 is regarded as one of the most vile and violent chapter in any holy book (chapter 9 was written while he was in Medina)
In Quranic interpretation, there is something called nasikh-mansukh and according to that, these verses revealed in Medina should have replaced the verses previously revealed in Месса, however, the verses written in Mecca were kept.

4.
In 29:46-47 of the Quran, there are two types of "arguing" in Arabic:
False arguing (which means, "I have an opinion, and you have one, but I want to prove mine is the correct one by manipulating your words and sabotaging your argument so you can’t defend yourself").
To Him, we submit.”
“We” refers to Muslims, Christians, and Jews.
Despite knowing the truth, many will reject it.
@blackbanana8366 EVERY claims in the quran, about the bible ..is the very corruption of the bible, that muslims keeps talking about - islam/momo invented it all and turned it into a second reality, that they indoctrinate to their believers to believe in!

Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Chapter 2, Verse 75:
Do you, then, hope that they will believe in you, when [some of] them have already heard the word of God and knowingly perverted it, although they understood its meaning?

Woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allah," to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to them for that they earn thereby.

The value of his Words are beyond comprehension. The value of Jesus Christ blood beyond my capabilities of expression. Jesus really loves everyone.
Even if the Torah and Gospel were corrupted, remnants of truth would still exist within them. Calling the People of the Book to judge by their scriptures does not require the texts to be entirely intact, only that they contain sufficient guidance for their context.
Surah 5:66:
"If only they had upheld the Torah, the Gospel, and what has been revealed to them from their Lord, they would have consumed provision from above them and beneath their feet."
Exactly
At least some people still exercise some common sense. Good job
But the problem with this is, Allah doesn't separate what is corrupted from what isn't. If some parts are corrupted and Allah wants the Christians to read the uncorrupted parts, wouldn't he spell out the uncorrupted parts when he tells them to read their books?
@@PrayerMusic360 if the Quran confirms it then its true simple. The issue is the Bible in hand today is not what yeshoua taught from.

"Your book is corrupt but we can't prove it" may be the dumbest and weakest argument of all time. How does any Muslim say it with a straight face?
Funny how Christians debate the Quran in English-I can guarantee most don’t speak Arabic or have a deep understanding of its context. As for the Bible, the question is, “Which Bible exactly?” With countless translations (King James, NIV, Catholic Bible, etc.) and varying canons across denominations, the debate gets even murkier. Agree on one Bible first, then maybe engage with actual Muslim scholars who have also studied Christianity. Otherwise, it’s not a serious discussion.
You haven't counted argued the point tho.
Nobody needs to know Arabic to debate the quran, the translation is sufficient. Unless you think your Allah only speaks Arabic😂
so you’re telling me while you type this in english that the Arabic translation/ translators will be the only one sufficient to defend the quran because other languages can’t? is it because the english version or any other version other than the arabic one is wrong???

Abraham spoke to Jesus Christ directly. Christ is Jehovah.
For no man has heard the father's voice at anytime.
@@tothetop2498 Didn't God speak to Moses directly on Mt. Sinai?
If the Bible/Torah is true then the Quran can't be true. Jesus fulfilled everything already and the Quran contradicts that 600 years after the matter.
The Gospels say Jesus was crucified and died.
Cool bring this argument to Sheikh Uthman and let's get a debate going. If this is the level of argumentation against the Quran, you will get wasted i'm afraid.

Islam leads to death and eternal separation from the Lord. Every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess. You have to ask yourself: do you truly follow the One, True, Living , Eternal God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.?

The Quran calls on all Muslims to affirm all previous scriptures sent by Allah. Therefore we confirm them. The Quran also says that previous scriptures have been altered . Furthermore the Final Testement (Quran) is the Overseer of all previous scriptures, and cannot be corrupted; hence It becomes the Standard.
So woe to those who distort the Scripture with their own hands then say, “This is from Allah”-seeking a fleeting gain! So woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to them for what they have earned. Quran 2 :79
The thing is we compare one book with another book. We pray. Its personal. We meditate. Its personal. We die. Its personal. Our relationship w Jesus. Its personal. Our experiences and perceptions are personal, yet we debate books. What good is it to be an expert in debating books when we've experienced God etc. We should be expressing our lives and experiences w understanding not just youre wrong Im right.
Toxic positivity has no place here.
4.
In 29:46-47 of the Quran, there are two types of "arguing" in Arabic:
False arguing (which means, "I have an opinion, and you have one, but I want to prove mine is the correct one by manipulating your words and sabotaging your argument so you can’t defend yourself").
To Him, we submit.”
“We” refers to Muslims, Christians, and Jews.
Despite knowing the truth, many will reject it.
I can do the same copy/pasting, as you keep on doing..!
