I just knew he existed a week ago. I was never into music but i know the guitar is the instrument for me and i will tell you why. Try to picture yourself playing every instrument you know, when you feel like one of those instruments is the most "comforting" in your mind, then dont think twice because that is the INSTRUMENT you were meant to play. Some people say: BAHH WHO EVEN WANTS TO PLAY THE PIANO, but somewhere in the world there is someone that has "STEVEGASMS" when hearing the piano hahaha. Point is i pictured myself playing every single instrument i know, and well the GUITAR was the only one that felt right. But when i say GUITAR i dont mean "Acoustic and ELECTRIC" because they are completely different. but i figured that even though both have strings and are alike. THE ELECTRIC GUITAR WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART. thats how you will know what your real passion is in MUSIC. DO WHAT FEELS NATURALLY RIGHT. JUST DO IT -Thank You

Tender Surrender and For The Love Of God is awesomeness at all guitar and music levels. Unfortunately i couldn't find another music from Vai that would be listenable, i listened all albums, i really tried. In contrast with his guitar technique that is godlike :)

It seems the world compares all guitarist to Hendrix!!!!!. I like your comment. Hendrix was an explosion all those years ago but frankly these guys are better technically. Hendrix was the whole package and an originator. My favourite still is Jeff Beck. A totally original player. Copies no one. Hadnt got into Via much but this vid is great. He certainly is brilliant.
