Just beautiful! I have wonderful memories of riding horses at south lake in the 60*s and hiking at June Lake. I visited Hawaii in 1972 and have lived here since but often have visited the beautiful Sierra. I’m a little elderly now so to share with you in your beautiful fall journey was pure joy. Aspen Trees have been my favorite tree and I always planned my visits in the fall. Thank you so much I’m glad I found your channel and subscribed. Mele Kalikimaka with much Aloha🎄🌺🌈

I lived in Truckee for a few years. Had a spot up north of town that I liked to hike in the fall. There's a stand of aspens there and when the leaves have dried out they rattle when the wind comes up. Never forget that sound. Thanks for sharing this wonderful video. It really takes me back.

I had roommates from upstate NY when I lived in Squaw Valley. I'd ooh and ahh about the few aspen stands we had and I'd get, 'this in nothing, they're everywhere back east'. I've always thought that this is what makes ours so special. They aren't everywhere. You have to look. Pay attention. Your closing drone shot was brilliant and illustrates that perfectly. The massive granite of the Sierra with veins of gold here and there. It's living art. Well done.
